From my perspective, the most important is the login.
The dashboards they have are good.
The Zoom software is complete and effective, light and secure.
Zoom is interoperable and user-friendly.
It’s straightforward to set up.
The call queue and reporting systems are robust compared to what you have to pay to get the same level of functionality with a competing system.
The stability of the solution is the most important feature.
As compared to Zoom, I like its user interface more. It is much easier to use, and I also find it more stable.
ConnectWise Connect is very convenient as we can remote to a PC even when it is not within our LAN.
Offers more security than TeamViewer, Google Remote Desktop, and Zoom. It's a stable, feature-rich solution that's easy to set up and easy to scale.
The solution is extremely stable.
The technical support team for Google Hangouts has been pretty responsive and could solve whatever challenges arise, within a day or two.
I like the seamless integration to local telecommunications.
I think Skype for Business is scalable. However, I believe Microsoft is discontinuing the Skype platform altogether, so I don't think it's super-relevant.
The solution can scale well.
I like Adobe Connect because of its flexibility.
