Good video conferencing but it needs to support third-party hardware

What is our primary use case?



We are using Lifesize for video conferencing and virtual meetings.



What is most valuable?



The most valuable feature is video conferencing.



What needs improvement?



This solution needs better platform integration with third-parties such as Microsoft and Cisco.

It needs support for third-party hardware as opposed to only Lifesize-branded systems. Ideally, it should have agnostic support for hardware where I can buy a Logitec or Crestron system or device and it will work fine.



For how long have I used the solution?



We have been working with Lifesize for more than two years.



Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?



We are using a variety of similar products including Skype for Business and Zoom.



What other advice do I have?



I would rate this solution a five out of ten.
