Good quality of video and audio, ability to share specific application, ability of collaboration. By the way, it should be easily set up. Users should start / invite or join meeting using smart phone.

Speed and consistency is definitely top of my list. Something that is universal and doesnt require a user to install a bunch of applets or extensions to use it.
