Webex technical support receives mixed reviews, excelling in responsiveness, but some users experience delays and rely on internal teams.
The support was fine, but it was not a product of Webex per se; it was a product of the third-party we were working with.

Room For Improvement

Skype for Business struggles with interoperability, reliability, and needs enhancements in integration, features, and user experience compared to newer platforms.
Webex needs interface, connectivity, integration, and pricing improvements to enhance user experience and resolve video, audio, and accessibility issues.
The application tends to select the internal microphone on devices rather than detecting external headphones.
Zoom has a big advantage in simplicity, especially for the other side to connect to a session.
The licensing model doesn't work because if I want to implement it for an organization, I need to pay a per-user license, which makes it very restrictive.

Setup Cost

Enterprise buyers should note Skype for Business pricing varies, with competitive options available, especially bundled with Office 365.
Webex is often seen as costly, especially for SMBs, but costs improve with bundled Cisco products or free versions.
The licensing model doesn't work because if I want to implement it for an organization, I need to pay a per-user license, which makes it very restrictive.
Webex is expensive.

Valuable Features

Skype for Business enhances collaboration with Microsoft integration, conferencing, VoIP, and support for remote work on multiple devices.
Webex offers seamless collaboration with high-quality audio/video, robust security, and easy integration with Outlook and Cisco solutions.
The conversation history feature in Skype for Business is particularly useful because it links with Outlook.
The licensing model doesn't work because if I want to implement it for an organization, I need to pay a per-user license, which makes it very restrictive.
The number one reason we chose Webex was the security features.

Magdalena Teodorczuk - PeerSpot reviewer
Offers great audio and video quality for virtual meetings
I like the instant messaging feature in the product since I prefer to use the chat functionalities provided by the solution. It is easy to integrate the product with some of the other solutions in the market. I rate the integration capabilities of the product a ten out of ten. The product's user interface is user-friendly. I use the product at a personal level, so I can't speak about the support it provides for the maintenance part. I rate the overall tool a ten out of ten.
AlexandruCioruta - PeerSpot reviewer
Used to conduct online third-party client meetings or third-party vendor meetings
The solution's video conferencing quality is good, and I rate it a nine out of ten. The solution's security features are end-to-end encrypted, and I rate them ten out of ten. The version we're using requires no technical team for deployment and maintenance. The solution has an enterprise version, but we're not currently using it. I would recommend the solution to other users because it has good video conference quality. I mostly leverage the solution for third-party client meetings or third-party vendor meetings. Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.
