It's not simple. Webex is probably the most user-unfriendly of all of them. Whenever you're trying to get on it, it's an absolute pain.""My biggest issue with the solution involves its price, which I find to be prohibitive for small governments and modest-sized schools.""Webex could improve by adding captions for the translation.""No private chat option.""I would like the next release to be more user-friendly.""The solution should have better integration with Microsoft.""The initial implementation was a bit difficult.
