Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Reduced the need for physically commuting between offices.""Screenshare is the most valuable feature as well as the number of meeting participants possible in a meeting. It also has good quality.""Pricing is reasonable. It's not expensive. The pricing is one of the great selling points for the product.""GoToMeeting's security is very good. I've never known anybody to crash a GoToMeeting.""It was just chosen because somebody at the company said, "We need a meeting thing. Hey, go find a meeting thing." It wasn't me, but somebody else in the organization was like, "Alright, let's use GoToMeeting. It's free."""The solution worked well specifically for audio meetings.""The most important feature for me was the iPhone app.""The key advantage of GoToMeeting is the ability to use it without installing anything."

"I like the tool's video call feature.""The most valuable feature of Zoho Meeting is how it stores recordings and how we can get those recordings by order.""One of the most valuable features of Zoho Meeting is how user-friendly it is. It also has some security features.""The API is much more flexible than other platforms."

Cons
"We would like some improvement in the speed of initiating this solution, as it is currently fairly slow.""GoToMeeting breaks down a lot. We're not sure if it's breaking down, but we start getting very erratic community channels. I don't know if it's because of GoToMeeting or if we're not buying enough bandwidth. Maybe it is just the infrastructure that it's running on. I'm not quite sure.""GoToMeeting is too slow, which is why we no longer use it.""The interface is a little outdated and could be better.""Using GoToMeeting in a meeting-sized conference room is kind of a letdown. The camera is supposed to track the speaker and focus on that person so that they can be on the screen. That feature rarely worked. We tested it thoroughly, so maybe it was an issue with the size of the conference room. It may not be suitable for large conference rooms.""I would like to see better support for mobile devices.""The newer user interface takes a bit longer to get used to.""The product itself doesn't stand out against other options on the market."

"I would like to see a chat feature in the solution.""They do not have phone support.""Maybe the price could be lowered, but people will want a lower price forever.""It may be a network issue, but sometimes the video gets blurred when we are on a Zoho Meeting video call."
