It was difficult to deploy SAP Business One because some standard reports are not available, and inventory aging gives duplicate repeated lines, so I need to download and work out those individual lines; for those particular line items, we are facing issues. Additionally, the QC and production-related standard reports are not available, and overall audit logs report is not available; trial report audit trial reports. I am talking about log reports as something to improve in the next updates of SAP Business One. I am using SAP Business One for QC-related activities, the add-on package, and some subcontracting activities, while facing problems mainly with the costing modules. The costing and resource modules cannot be used in our productivity line because assembling employees can use multiple lines on the same dates, leading to costing problems. Costing audits are required, but this is not available in SAP Business One. Moreover, asset tracking for maintenance activities or expenses related to specific machines is not possible, and management is asking for details about those expenses, but I can't track them in the current SAP Business One modules. Real-time data analytics of SAP Business One has not impacted my decision-making because management is asking for dashboards, but I am not getting a clear picture from the supplier and supporting team. We need dashboards, and although drag and drop is available, it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Management requests quick view reports and visibility in chart views, but I'm experiencing major problems as I cannot provide these reports, especially since the managing MD is sometimes in Australia and America but faces challenges accessing the same data reports in India. The standard package does not offer reporting levels like YTD, MTD, which are necessary to easily provide management with reports. Financially, I don't see any benefit from using SAP Business One because while some investment has happened, I can't see any return; it is the lowest cost product compared to others. We already replaced the lowest cost product, which is okay, but I am not getting proper reports, and that is a very critical part; if the product gets improved, it will benefit our cost management. The challenges I encountered while implementing SAP Business One were addressed with support from the supplier, and I am not facing any problems regarding this. AI is not implemented in SAP Business One; we see many companies utilizing AI in the current market, but SAP does not have enough provisions because the supplier does not provide information about AI implementation, and that is something I have not heard about.
