"I like the tool’s financial and human capital management features."
"The ability to link documents to accounts, partners and events via the Golden/Yellow Arrow feature is very useful."

"The graphical view of connections between different transactions is a valuable feature of the solution."
"The sales and wholesale distribution are great."
"It's very powerful and very complete."
"The efficient Intercompany sales to purchase order conversion is great."
"This is the most efficient ERP that is in the market right now."
"I have been happy with the intern purchases, and finance, such as banking."
"The initial setup can be somewhat complex."
"The Oracle ERP Cloud accounts payable could be improved."
"I would like to improve the tool’s budgeting and reporting. I know that Oracle is working on the tool’s analytics part so I expect the analytical feature in its future releases."
"Oracle can make the system more stable which includes some changes as some of the use cases were not available in Oracle's systems and the element’s value needed to be defined."
"The main thing Cloud ERP could improve is usability. However, it's not just an issue with Oracle. Most ERP solutions are not very user-friendly, so I think that could be the key improvement."
"We have had concerns about the security and flexibility of the application. The approach with Oracle ERP Cloud should be more holistic rather than user or computer-based."
"In terms of areas for improvement, there are still a lot of other features that need to be incorporated into the future releases of Oracle ERP Cloud. We're hoping those would come soon because they're available in other ERP systems. For example, we used to have a lot of AME customizations in the BPM, but now we have a very limited scope, so it would be great if we could extend our scope. Currently, we are working with product teams to get through some of those solutions, and how we could implement them, so we have some workarounds to deal with, but we still have a long road ahead."
"The interface could be improved in future releases."
"Our customers often request concurrent licensing, which is not available with SAP Business One. Adding this option would be beneficial."
"The solution could improve by providing HR payroll, quality control, and maintenance. These are the missing features which we have to use add-ons solutions to provide the functionality."
"Production area and Bill of Materials: effective date and Subcontracting process."
"SAP Business One could improve by automatically inputting exchange rates in the software. We currently have to enter them manually to find the appropriate exchange rates from a website. If it could be done with one click it would be helpful and more straightforward."
"The user interface could be improved with drag-and-drop functionality that it currently lacks."
"There should be a portal so that our providers can give us their invoices. This is something that it is missing currently. SAP provides such a portal with SAP ERP, but it is not available with SAP Business One."
"The solution could improve by adding HR and payroll, and consolidation should be included by default."
"There are a lot of good improvements coming out in every version. They release a new version every quarter, with all new up-and-coming things on each one. However, it might be lacking specifications for the specific verticals. However, SAP Business One is a generic tool. It's very widely used, and I understand why it's not into each vertical. There are solution partners available out there to give it those extra areas of what it needs, but this is depending on what kind of business you run."
