I like that it has a simple and intuitive interface. Searching and managing documents is intuitive and user-friendly. However, it lacks drag-and-drop functionality, which would be a nice feature to see. It would be good also to have payroll and advanced reporting as part of the product.
The localization feature is one of the best advantages of Sap Business One because it allows for localization across all countries.
SaP S4Hana, on the other hand, provides a digital core to simplify business operations by analyzing data at high speed. It is powerful and built for high performance, especially finance, material management, and human resources.
I like that the tool is very customizable, but it has a steep learning curve if you want to make the most of the solution. The scalability of the software makes it ideal for cloud deployments.
Unlike previous versions, the system simplifies processes by reducing the number of necessary steps. The reporting is also very fast. I find that for SAP users, this is the logical option since it integrates seamlessly.
SaP S4Hana could use more DevOps capabilities, though. It is also difficult to learn and implement. The technical support could use some improvement as well.
Conclusions
For a medium or small business, SAP Business One offers simplicity of implementation. It is the better solution for managing budgets, projects, and accounting processes. Large organizations looking for performance may benefit more from SAP S4HANA. While the functionality of SAP S4HANA is impressive, I like the easy implementation and use of Business One.
