I'm working at a pharmaceutical company. Our user base is 300 + we have 1600 field users.
Which ERP solution is the best choice for our company: SAP Business One or SAP S/4HANA? Please pprovide some technical details along with your recommendation.

Hello Mayank, Definitely Not SAP Business One, SAP business one is not built for such large-scale companies and it's built mainly for small to medium size organizations and it doesn't have pharmaceutical expertise however in SAP S/4 Hana there are partners who have built add-on solutions specifically for Drug manufacturing companies which can be a good fit.
If you are open to discussion on solutions that are outside SAP Ecosystem I can strongly recommend Oracle NetSuite where we have implemented multiple projects for such companies with a complete production module specialized for Pharma companies.
