An area for improvement is the vendors' inability to understand the customers' requirements and communicate them to Oracle. When we started to implement the tool, and during the very initial phases of the product, when Oracle launched it, our company opted for it. We faced a few challenges related to the product speed associated with some functionalities that were not available when the tool was just launched, but later on, it became available, and right now, we are actually using it. The tool is fulfilling our requirements. There were no major hiccups or challenges due to the tool. The solution's mobile app needs to be enriched with more functionalities in the future.

The product is straightforward to set up. There's no difficulty. It doesn't create any problems. The deployment took around four to five hours. It is a typical configuration, not customization is needed. Once we do Oracle installation, the configuration will be done based on business requirements. Customization should be done on the application. That will take around a month. CRM is integrated with ECP for data and stock-related information with respect to vendors. It is mostly integrated with other Oracle products. Moreover, the integration is easy.

The setup phase of Oracle CRM was more or less easy and customizable. It was a good overall experience I had when handling the implementation part of Oracle CRM since I carried out the process smoothly. The solution is deployed on the cloud and on an on-premises model. My company deals with multiple clients for whom we deploy Oracle CRM on the cloud and an on-premises model. The time taken for the deployment of Oracle CRM depends on the requirements of our company's clients. Some clients work from multiple locations, so for some, the deployment can be done in a month, while for some, it may take a few months.
