I own a whisky shop with both retail and membership and am looking for a cost-effective and convenient (online, APP based?) CRM that can run both sales and membership data in one. Li long to the POS system would be amazing.

Hi Steven, Zoho CRM or CRM Plus appears to be the easiest and cost friendly for you to deploy. There is also a Zoho App for membership management, which you can embed in your CRM. Zoho Creator is also a good tool for you to build and create further extensions.

For CRM, you can use Zoho CRM, and for POS use Zoho creator and integrate it with CRM using a native connection or using APIs.
This will help you centralize the data and from CRM only you can have the visibility of customer orders and have a common view.
