We have noticed positive outcomes for our organization since adopting Skype for Business, including improvements in efficiency and reduced costs.
Skype for Business enables global collaboration with file sharing, email invitations, and integration with Microsoft Outlook. It supports up to two hundred participants in meetings, but suffers from stability issues, dropped calls, and poor audio/video quality. While communications are reliable across devices, message retention is weak, and integration with Teams and other services is limited.
