Enhancing user experience and data management with effective central repository capabilities
The area of improvement with OpenText 360 for SharePoint is that sometimes there are unexpected service outages. Though these situations are rare, I want to highlight that in case of any outage in the services, because everything is located in SharePoint, there is a chance that reports start failing or dashboards fail, or the system behaves differently. In future updates, I would want to see widgets available in OpenText 360 for SharePoint to interact with third-party tools. For example, when creating a dashboard, having the ability to embed these directly into SharePoint would be beneficial. Currently, I have to use hyperlinks to access other tools such as Tableau or ClickView. If it were possible to merge everything and bring all information from multiple teams (Cognos, ClickView, AWS) into SharePoint as a centralized place, it would be really helpful. That is what I envision for the integrator part.

Facilitates process integration across departments but requires better pricing and broader feature adoption
The most valuable features I find in Oracle BPM include a unified process management platform, human workflow management, and process simulation and optimization. I see that it is integrated with other ERPs. If you integrate it with human HRMS workflow management, then it will provide integration with HRMS for Oracle E-Business Suite and for process analytics and business.

We have been using ELMA BPM (http://www.elma-bpm.com/), and it also does not require programming to model and execute processes. Yes, for complicated custom features you will need additional scripts but that isn't generally a problem. Plus, there are KPI management options as well as CRM and ECM modules included, all working well with processes. Project Management is available too although I w...
