Office 365 is no longer just a productivity suite; it is an intelligence layer that helps our employees summarize meetings and draft content much faster than before. Copilot is a powerful AI tool that allows us to ask questions as we would ask a colleague, and it provides answers during meetings. Instead of writing meeting minutes manually, we can simply enable the Copilot agent to summarize the entire call, allowing us to understand everything from the notes. Regarding technical issues we encounter and troubleshooting, Copilot helps us significantly. Do not simply turn it on. Focus heavily on change management and training. The tool is very powerful, but you only get the full return on investment if your employees actually know how to use the advanced collaboration features beyond just basic email. Our company uses their enterprise subscription model, typically E3 or E5, to support our global staff. Microsoft Copilot is a great feature that is no longer just a productivity suite; it functions as a layer that helps our employees significantly in their day-to-day work.
