Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The UI is easy. It's not very code based, so you can make certain changes on your end.""It is working fine so far. I haven't heard anything bad about it from the applications team that is using it, so I assume that it is doing okay.""The most valuable features of Newgen OmniFlow are the user interface, the low-code no-code designer tools, and the integration models are important."

"This solution is very easy to use and customize, using almost zero coding. It's built on SharePoint which many companies in our country have experience with. This made it easy to adapt the application in our environment.""The SharePoint feature is a really good connection, there are many features that are good.""It has integration with BI and Analytics tools, and RPA toolsets as well.""It is very easy to create and deploy. I am very happy with how user-friendly Nintex Workflow is.""I really like the visual representation. It actually looks like a flow chart, which is nicer than a SharePoint Designer workflow, which doesn't have that ability."

Cons
"I would like to see more automated analytics built into the solution.""Newgen OmniFlow could improve by having more out-of-the-box integration modules. It would be beneficial to have an analytics model that is not currently present.""There should be some reporting and dashboarding capabilities. I don't see such capabilities built into it. Sometimes, the leadership wants to understand the business cases that we want to automate. We face a lot of challenges to justify why we are using Newgen, and we need a way to present that to the leadership. If there is something out of the box and if we can get meaningful dashboards and reporting capabilities, it would be helpful."

More Newgen OmniFlow Cons →

"The license pricing is too high currently for Nintex Workflow.""We would like to design parallel workflows and long-running workflows, along with new features for connecting to cloud-based systems.""Unfortunately, Nintex Workflow is not that stable. We are looking at shifting to another tool.""We would like to have access to an on-premises solution. In our country, we have a relationship with Central Bank of Egypt, which do noes not allow cloud solutions to be used. They should offer an on-prem solution with a flexible price license.""The interface could be better and more language support is needed in the development environment or in the solutions platform in general.""The solution is a bit too expensive. It could be cheaper."
