Once you have this, you have all the features available in SAP. You have PR, inventory items, journal entry, and project management features.""The solution has all the basic features that are required for us.""I like that it's stable.""It is quite simple, and it is suitable for medium and small businesses.""We like it as it's easy to use, cost-effective, easy to deploy, and easy to get support for.""The SAP Business One is simple and it provides us the control we need.""The document search feature is very good."

Cons
"Just implementing an ERP system takes a lot of time.""The product lacks a lot of features and technology."

More QAD Cloud ERP Cons →

"Our company is expanding to different countries, and business is growing. We feel that it is not good enough for the huge volume of the business. On-premises setup is not good enough for the overseas office. We have our onsite premises in Hong Kong, but we have a major sales office in the US. We are looking for a more efficient setup to fulfill our requirements and needs. It can have portals for vendors, suppliers, and customers. I know that they have this feature in version 10, but it still has space to improve.""Some features are missing.""The installation process could be easier. They should have better tools to improve the effectiveness of the installation.""Lacks an advanced HR model with payroll.""The production scheduling, manufacturing, and planning could improve in SAP Business One. Additionally, the projection management module could improve. These functionalities are important in the construction industry we are working in at the moment.""Business One's production module has room for improvement.""There are possibilities to extend its functionality. Things such as Quality Management System (QMS) and Payroll are currently not a part of the product. These things are needed.""Business One would be improved with a customization option."

  • "We pay annually. It is around 800 a month."
  • "We feel that the licensing fees are a bit on the higher side."
  • "We compared the Microsoft solution with Oracle NetSuite, as they have a price decrease. It is, however, not that much cheaper, and the price is comparable to SAP."
