Pros
"It is a scalable solution.""I prefer Outlook. It gives me a lot of feature sets.""It's very user-friendly.""The initial setup is very simple and straightforward.""Offers very good versatility.""What was most valuable for me was how simple this solution is to start using.""The adaptability is very easy.""The most valuable feature is the ease of use."

"A stable option that is good for small to medium sized companies with limited use.""The most valuable features of Zoom are the very stable video and audio, the quality of the voice is good, and it is very easy to connect to the sessions. This is also the reason why we use Zoom.""The solution is very user friendly and flexible.""The screen-sharing capabilities are very good.""The most valuable feature is that it's free.""The Zoom software is complete and effective, light and secure.""Simple and user-friendly; works on any device.""The installation was easy."

Cons
"The ability to manage the updates a little better would be helpful. Sometimes end-users will get a prompt in the middle of the day that they have to update. When there's a new update, then their system automatically starts to reboot, which can be ill-timed. Having a little more control over that would probably be welcome. Notices in regards to updates and being able to manage the timing around them or to be able to do it at off-times would be helpful.""The user interface needs some improvement.""If they offered more integration capabilities, that would be ideal.""It would be better if they seamlessly integrated with Macs. Because I have two laptops, and whenever I open one file in Windows laptop, and then I open the same file in my Macbook, the user interface is not consistent. Certain functions can run on Windows, but another function cannot, but it runs on the Mac.""The solution could improve by providing better integration with other platforms.""Its price could be better for companies that are not using it massively.""I would like to see cheaper licensing fees.""With such a complete tool, it may be difficult for a beginner to use without help."

"Zoom lacks dashboards, more could be included.""It would be great if there was a bit more camera control. For example, cropping the image, and improving the background remover features, which can be buggy right now.""The stability has been good but it could still improve. However, I have not found a better solution.""Zoom could improve by extending the one-hour maximum session time in the free version.""In the next release, I would like to see an easily accessible bandwidth feature so that you can see how much data you've used on a particular call.""The product's stability needs improvement.""Zoom's drawing tools could be better integrated.""The only thing that I can't get to work well is putting one of those little fancy wallpaper picture screens behind me during meetings so that I don't show my house or the room I'm attending from. Everyone is basically working remotely at this point. It would help to just have a neutral professional background for meetings that's easy to add."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "Depending on which plan you purchase, there are a plethora of applications available to you."
  • "Compared to buying a license, it is much cheaper and a good buy."
  • "We do monthly billing, however, I'm not sure what the exact costs are. We may pay around $1,000/month. We started using the Microsoft Teams and we've started doing the conference call feature, so that's another $4 an account and we have a few accounts using that right now."
  • "USD $1,250 annually for the standard package."
  • "Pricing can vary a lot due to fluctuations in exchange rates and that is not favorable for planning."
  • "Now you can select different licenses, for example, if somebody doesn't need all of the features, it would cost $8 USD per month and if they didn't need the email application then it would cost $6 USD per month."
  • "It works out to be $12.50 per user per month."
  • "Microsoft 365 Business will be good to have if you have a large organization where you have more than 3000 employees. Other cheaper solutions, like Gmail, are easily available in the market."
