Modern endpoint management has transformed onboarding and strengthened remote security controls
The features of Microsoft Intune are straightforward, including Windows Autopilot, zero-touch deployment, centralized device management, and conditional access security controls. Using zero-touch deployment and Windows Autopilot in Microsoft Intune has significantly improved my workflow and organization. New laptops are shipped directly to users with no IT handling needed, and there is no manual imaging or configuration required. These features have a real impact. They save hours of manual setup per device, reduce dependency on the IT team for basic provisioning, and ensure every system is configured consistently and securely. Microsoft Intune has positively impacted my organization by improving device management. Devices are managed from a single cloud console. It has reduced manual work for provisioning and configuration. It has faster onboarding using Autopilot. It has enhanced security posture through enforced compliance policies, encryption, antivirus, and password rules. Conditional access ensures only trusted devices can access resources. I have better support for remote users, as devices can be managed from anywhere with no dependency on office network or VPN for basic management. It has easy troubleshooting and policy updates.

Easy to deploy, stable, scalable and safe
I previously used TeamViewer. ISL Online is definitely the better choice compared to TeamViewer, as it offers a more secure connection that does not involve peer-to-peer transport, and all data is encrypted. A single license for ISL Online costs about the same as TeamViewer but with multiple licenses, ISL Online is cheaper.

Secure, reliable, and great for remote access
It makes access very easy. If we have to work at night or after office hours, if customers report a problem, we can solve issues remotely, outside of office hours, from wherever. The initial setup is straightforward. The solution is stable. It is scalable. Technical support is easy to reach.

"Overall, we are very pleased with this solution, for us, it simply works 99.9% of the time."
"We are just much more responsive, we can be faster, and we can support our customers in a better way because when they have a problem, we can be on their computer immediately."
"The code can be delivered in multiple ways, including an email with a link for an unattended connection."
"We like drawing utilities inside ISL. That helps us mark specific regions on the screen, so that end users know what to focus on."
"Good communication is a key to good business and ISL helps a lot."
"The stability is great; reliability is what's very important to me, as well as security, and this solution may have only had one instance of downtime in 14 years."
"Without ISL Online, I would not be able to work from home."
"ISL Online is easy to use. It provides a single platform on which we can do everything, and it's very low maintenance. After installation, you don't need an IT manager or staff to watch over it. It's secure. It's most important for us."
"Technical support is easy to reach."
"It is a scalable solution. "
"Screen monitoring and screen sharing, as well as screen remote control, are all very useful features."
"For five years of using the product, there are no issues; there are no bugs or glitches, and it doesn't crash or freeze."

Cons

"Intune doesn't provide much control over Windows servers. It's something we struggle with."
"It just doesn't handle software updates well at all by itself. You need to be a scripting wizard to make those happen properly, or you use third-party tools."
"The feature that allows us to import the business application from the configuration manager to Intune is not very good at this time."
"Intune could be improved by expanding its third-party patching capabilities for a more comprehensive solution."
"I rate Microsoft support between six to eight. The support often involves third parties hired by Microsoft who are knowledgeable, but sometimes the help I receive is not adequate."
"Some enrollment features could be improved."
"I rate Microsoft support four out of 10. Support is one area where Microsoft needs to improve a lot. I recently raised a ticket for a Microsoft Azure issue, and it took two and a half weeks for support to reply. They need to improve support across their entire catalog of products."
"While no specific feature requires immediate improvement, the ongoing expansion of reporting and inventory capabilities promises to enhance its utility."
"What bothered me the most was that when I connected to the computer at the office, I was afraid that someone would turn on the monitor and watch what I was doing."
"If there is an update or new feature on ISL Online, I don't know about it. I would be happy to receive a newsletter or notification of new features or updates."
"It would be easier for me to implement them and consolidate ISL with other systems in our network if I knew beforehand."
"Updating the program could be improved. When they're pushing updates, you don't really know that there's an update available."
"There could be a section in the menu describing the new features and changes."
"They should improve the integrations with other incident management software to be able to send the link directly from these platforms."
"There could be a section in the menu describing the new features and changes."
"I would like to have a little bit more information when new features are released. They have added features that I didn't know about in the past. It would be easier for me to implement new features and consolidate them with other systems in our network if I knew beforehand."
"They do have some glitches in the microphone and speaker, especially during remote access."
"It could be integrated with IT management tools."
"Support could be more knowledgeable."
"Support could be more knowledgeable."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"There is a license required to use this solution. However, it was part of a bundle package. Microsoft Intune is far less expensive than other solutions, such as Workspace ONE."
"Microsoft Intune is available for individual purchase at a low per-device cost."
"Any bundle package, such as Security E3, covers multiple things, such as AAP, BitLocker, etc. If you go for them individually, they would be more expensive. Bundling makes the price more attractive and competitive."
"Licensing depends on how you are providing support to your enterprise, whether it's device-based or user-based."
"There is a cost benefit of using Microsoft Intune because of the packaging with other Microsoft products."
"We spend a lot of money on Intune licensing, and some of our users have to be double licensed just because of how our dev and corporate environments are segmented."
"I liked the tool's pricing until P2 came into effect. I am unsure about the current value versus the cost of the new licensing model."
"The product is relatively pricey, but considering its benefits, I'd say it's fair. The benefits outweigh the expensive licensing fees, especially for large organizations, but medium-sized and smaller businesses may be unable to afford it."
"We have a pay-per-use license available for 500 minutes within one year for 95 Euros. However, this option is not popular. Alternatively, we can purchase a one-year license for 339 Euros; if we need two licenses, the cost is double, and for three licenses, the cost is triple with a ten percent discount. For 99 Euros a year, we can open multiple sessions on the same computer with a multi-session subscription."
"Its scalability depends on the business model we purchase."
