Enables management of multiple operating systems with a single license
The best feature is that it's a Microsoft product, so if anything goes wrong, we get quick support for anything required. Remote system functionality allows us to sit anywhere and take control of any device via remote management. We can enhance security for clients' laptops with built-in Microsoft Defender, which is available with the Microsoft Intune license. We use it for reporting purposes through endpoint analytics. When pushing scripting, there are two types available: remediation script and reservation script. Through endpoint analytics, you can push defender policies to clients. It helps with reporting, inventory updates, and monitoring tenant status health.

Easy to deploy, stable, scalable and safe
I previously used TeamViewer. ISL Online is definitely the better choice compared to TeamViewer, as it offers a more secure connection that does not involve peer-to-peer transport, and all data is encrypted. A single license for ISL Online costs about the same as TeamViewer but with multiple licenses, ISL Online is cheaper.

Inexpensive with useful screen monitoring and screen sharing capabilities
I'm using the latest version of the solution. I'd recommend others switch over to Zoho. It's flexible and highly efficient while being very user-friendly. If users have remote sessions, it's quite useful; however, if there are no remote sessions needed, the solution itself isn't very useful. I'd rate the product nine out of ten.

"Microsoft Intune not only saves costs by reducing the number of personnel needed but also offers a comprehensive solution for managing laptops, applications, security, individual access, and enrollment."
"The Mobile Device Management in Intune is a valuable feature."
"What I like the most about Microsoft Intune is its ability to manage mobile devices. Through integration with System Center, it can also manage desktops and laptops."
"Microsoft Intune has broad capabilities, particularly with mobile device management, with excellent management features like the ability to push configuration policies to all devices across the company and manage them effectively, strong configuration and compliance capabilities, and valuable application management that centralizes applications in one place and makes configuring or deploying them much easier."
"Microsoft Intune has been a time saver and reduces the time and effort IT admins have to invest."
"Conditional access helps me control uncontrolled access."
"Overall, we are very pleased with this solution, for us, it simply works 99.9% of the time."
"Without ISL Online, I would not be able to work from home."
"ISL Online is easy to use. It provides a single platform on which we can do everything, and it's very low maintenance. After installation, you don't need an IT manager or staff to watch over it. It's secure. It's most important for us."
"We like drawing utilities inside ISL. That helps us mark specific regions on the screen, so that end users know what to focus on."
"We can also monitor our systems at any time from practically anywhere."
"The solution has a lot of features. It does what it is made to do and that's all we can ask for, really."
"I personally really appreciate the file transfer feature as it is really easy to use."
"ISL is a fundamental partner for us since, throughout all these years, it has allowed us to grow and solve the problems of our customers and their users in a very fast and agile way without having to move, even providing service abroad."
"Technical support is easy to reach."
"It is a scalable solution. "
"For five years of using the product, there are no issues; there are no bugs or glitches, and it doesn't crash or freeze."
"Screen monitoring and screen sharing, as well as screen remote control, are all very useful features."

Cons

"Data leak prevention can be integrated into it. Currently, it does not have data leak prevention."
"There is room for improvement in Microsoft Intune regarding Linux and Mac compatibility because some limitations exist."
"The downsides of Microsoft Intune include the fact that the interface can sometimes be complex for new administrators."
"What I'd like to see in their next upgrade is more in the context of today's security policies and what's needed, for them to keep adding features based on that, for example boosting security, so they can keep on adding security features, and that is the best they can do."
"Intune doesn't provide much control over Windows servers. It's something we struggle with."
"Microsoft Intune could be faster with client to server communication. Whenever I push something, it takes time; sometimes it takes more than one hour to deploy on the Windows side."
"Microsoft Intune's app deployment presents challenges for non-MSI and non-store apps, particularly EXEs, requiring the use of a Win32 wrapper tool and adding overhead to the process."
"I switched away from Microsoft Intune because it cannot manage the MacBook very well."
"It would be helpful if they had iSupport for supporting Apple phones."
"There could be a section in the menu describing the new features and changes."
"There have been times during updates when something wouldn't work quite right, however, they are quick with updates and quick with fixes."
"It would be helpful if they had iSupport for supporting Apple phones."
"If there is an update or new feature on ISL Online, I don't know about it. I would be happy to receive a newsletter or notification of new features or updates."
"I would like to have a little bit more information when new features are released. They have added features that I didn't know about in the past. It would be easier for me to implement new features and consolidate them with other systems in our network if I knew beforehand."
"Updating the program could be improved. When they're pushing updates, you don't really know that there's an update available."
"We miss the possibility to communicate via head-set in ISL. At the moment, we combine ISL for visual communication with Skype for verbal communication."
"Support could be more knowledgeable."
"Support could be more knowledgeable."
"It could be integrated with IT management tools."
"They do have some glitches in the microphone and speaker, especially during remote access."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The pricing for Microsoft Intune is reasonable. Our clients are satisfied."
"I rate Intune five out of 10 for pricing. It's expensive."
"While Microsoft charges for actual usage, it lacks discount options."
"Generally, we get favorable discounts, so it's not too bad. Obviously, we're looking at decreasing those wherever we can to bring value back to the public purse because it's all charity based. It's all publicly funded."
"The pricing is inherently reasonable, as Microsoft leverages market insights to maintain the total cost of ownership at around ninety to ninety-five percent of what would be incurred in an on-premise scenario."
"I am satisfied with the pricing."
"It comes as a bundle, so you do not really know what the prices are. Microsoft does not break it down to the user cost for us. It is just bundled with our E5 license."
"Every customer used to purchase licenses based on their needs."
"We have a pay-per-use license available for 500 minutes within one year for 95 Euros. However, this option is not popular. Alternatively, we can purchase a one-year license for 339 Euros; if we need two licenses, the cost is double, and for three licenses, the cost is triple with a ten percent discount. For 99 Euros a year, we can open multiple sessions on the same computer with a multi-session subscription."
"Its scalability depends on the business model we purchase."
