We use ClickUp's pro solution for team project management. We divide our projects into multiple sprints and organize tasks accordingly. I have created a personal space within ClickUp where I oversee the development and design teams, each with its sections for tasks and stages of progress. This setup helps keep everything organized and ensures smooth collaboration across departments. ClickUp can optimize workflow by integrating with developer tools like Git, allowing seamless access to modules and enhancing collaboration. While I primarily use it for tracking team progress and roadmaps, integration with Git would greatly benefit developers who spend more time within ClickUp. Overall, I would rate ClickUp as a nine out of ten. I would recommend it to others.

From a product management function perspective, it can be challenging to measure whether ClickUp improves efficiency on a month-to-month basis. However, I believe that using ClickUp helps maintain our efficiency levels. If we were to stop using it, I am 100% sure that our efficiency would decrease. That being said, just because we are using ClickUp does not automatically mean our efficiency will increase. We have reached a point where we understand how to use ClickUp effectively, and without it, it would definitely be a problem. However, using it alone does not make us better every day. The absence of ClickUp would definitely cause a problem. But, since we are using ClickUp, we don't get to improve 10% on a month-by-month or a year-on-year basis. So, that's very difficult to measure. Introducing automation and AI would greatly benefit ClickUp by reducing manual work. Currently, team members need to update tasks and communicate issues, which requires me to read through each task and comment to understand the situation. However, if AI could assist in making faster decisions, it would greatly improve efficiency. I need to intervene at a minute level to discover if someone is facing a problem, but AI could help detect issues faster. The success of AI implementation can be seen in how ChatGPT has utilized AI.

The email portion, specifically the email automation, where you can add attachments, has room for improvement. It should be more robust, and comments should be integrated automatically when you send an email. Also, the URL when you send an email to a task is extremely long. There is another thing I am not happy about. They have one fine print where they say that you can't have a case license if you're the owner and you have a Gmail account with a dot, like Gmail.com. ClickUp has a restriction that disallows the usage of Gmail accounts with a dot in the email address. The license is only applicable if it's not a dot at Gmail.com. So it has to be Gmail.com to continue. It should not be Gmail. If you're at Gmail.com, you need to be a full member, but it's not from a business perspective. It doesn't make sense. If you're now, as soon as I say, our side organization can be a guest inside the organization at Gmail.com, and it should be that. So that is very limited. Because the thing is, we will not buy 500 licenses to add 500 people. We will not do it. But now, at the same time, that's not one of our group of companies. So one of our other companies is the one that I'm migrating my thing to, but we, as us, from the head office, actually might not go with the application due to the technicalities. We had one idea to transfer ownership to a Gmail account and use our company model again, but this may not comply with management's standards. There is room for improvement. From a business perspective, having certain features makes it difficult to price the price higher than other applications.
