Team collaboration has become clearer and task follow-ups now keep accountability high

The best features ClickUp offers include the follow-up process where it reminds you that there are tasks pending and how you can share all policies and everything between the teams. I also really appreciate that you get notifications and an audit trail of what happened to each task. The audit trail feature has helped me and my team because whenever there is a task followed up, or if it is not done, or if it is changed, we can always go back and see why it was done and when it was done, so it helps keep accountability as well. ClickUp has positively impacted my organization by making things more efficient and giving things more clarity. A specific example of how efficiency or clarity has improved is that after a meeting, once the tasks are decided and the way forward is decided, it is just a matter of assigning all the tasks to each individual, and then it gets done because it is assigned.

Accurate time tracking has improved invoicing workflows but task management still needs refinement

I am used to working in To Do, which is a very fast platform. You can essentially copy and paste a range of tasks with various details and paste it directly into the platform, which allows it to handle them very quickly and accurately. Zoho Projects is much more enterprise-focused, so the functionality and flow is a little more restricted than I would enjoy. It has all of the same fields, but those fields are somewhat harder to get information into and out of than many other project management platforms. As for features with Zoho Projects, the time tracking capabilities are very robust, but the method by which I start and stop the timer is not very fluid. As far as features I would like integrated, I am uncertain; rather, I see features that could be improved.
