Enabled us to consolidate workflows and reduce time spent searching for transactions
We have consolidated the workflow and have certain elements and functionalities developed in the new system so that my agents who are using the application don't have to do manual tasks searching for mail. So, we've consolidated and arranged some alerts and have done some segregation. The user is benefited, and the time spent on searching a transaction is reduced.

Reveals real bottlenecks, but pricing and usability need work still require improvement.
SAP Signavio Process Manager could be improved in several areas to make it more competitive and accessible. From my experience, the strongest opportunity lies in enhancing its process mining capabilities. While Signavio offers solid functionality, other tools like Celonis provide deeper insights and more seamless integrations, especially when working with large datasets or complex execution paths. Strengthening the integration layer and expanding native process mining features would significantly elevate the platform. Another area for improvement is pricing. The solution tends to be positioned at a premium level, which can limit adoption compared to other tools that offer similar or stronger capabilities at a more accessible cost. A more flexible or tiered pricing model would make the product more appealing to a broader range of organizations. Regarding usability, while the platform is powerful, it can feel advanced for users who do not have a process engineering background. Improving the user interface and offering more intuitive guidance for non-technical stakeholders would help increase engagement and ease of use across teams. In terms of support, the setup experience is manageable, especially with technical assistance, but there is room for SAP to provide more consistent and accessible support to ensure a smoother learning curve for new users. Overall, enhancements in process mining depth, integration capabilities, pricing flexibility, and user-friendliness would make SAP Signavio Process Manager a more compelling and widely adoptable solution.

"The most valuable features of Newgen OmniFlow are the user interface, the low-code no-code designer tools, and the integration models are important."

"We have a huge customer satisfaction rate because we try to accommodate all the requirements of their business."
"The most valuable feature for us is the Omnicon, because our company is now able to capture information from documents."
"The UI is easy. It's not very code based, so you can make certain changes on your end."
"This functionality ("invite anyone for feedback") has substantially increased visibility over work-in-progress when it comes to process modelling and overall process management and it decreased the time spent on giving and receiving feedback through emails and through sharing screenshots/.ppt files/Visio files etc."
"Signavio is quite a useful application and easy to use for companies who already have a certain level of maturity or who have decided to implement process management."
"Based on my experience, one of the best features offered by Signavio is its simple Collaboration Hub functions, where users from various departments can constantly refer to in their TO-BE process design."
"All in all, Signavio usability is excellent. Anyone can learn to use the tool quickly. This increases acceptance as employees are not facing a high learning curve. With the offered usability it is easy to model processes also live in workshops."
"If you are thinking of a solution where you don't have to be dependent on external resources through the modeling part and you want to be more self-sufficient, Signavio is the way to go."

Cons

"Improvement is needed in supporting the partner ecosystem."
"In terms of stability, like every product it has its issues."
"The development teams should be more agile and they need to have more team members."
"There should be some reporting and dashboarding capabilities. I don't see such capabilities built into it. Sometimes, the leadership wants to understand the business cases that we want to automate. We face a lot of challenges to justify why we are using Newgen, and we need a way to present that to the leadership. If there is something out of the box and if we can get meaningful dashboards and reporting capabilities, it would be helpful."
"There should be some reporting and dashboarding capabilities. I don't see such capabilities built into it."
"The technical support is not very good. They have a very late response and do not have enough expertise on the support team."
"I would like to see more automated analytics built into the solution."
"On scalability, if you count the scale from 1 to 10, I would give Newgen a zero because we are unable to achieve any in-house enhancements or new processes."
"I think the interface is still stuck about a decade in the past, if I may be so brutal about it."
"The only problem is that it's online-only, and there's nothing like an offline feature, which means that it is only as stable as your internet connection."
"There are a lot of challenges with Process Manager. For example, we wanted to create a process map from an Excel sheet, but Signavio doesn't have that capability."
"I find it difficult to figure out how I can better align this solution with my KPIs."
"The licensing model could be better."
"Migrating some models from the legacy system — that was seven years out of date — wasn't as simple as I thought it would be."
"The reporting is too slow and there is a limit of 250 processes."
"It is difficult to quickly digest the vast power of the suite and make use of those capabilities fully."
