Useful for drip campaigns, social media, and marketing automation
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for various tasks. It's easy to use and adaptable. After a little training, anyone can handle it efficiently. We use it for drip campaigns, social media, and marketing automation. We're not fully using marketing automation yet for smart content. I like the drag-and-drop feature for editing images and content in email templates. I don't need a developer to create designs. I can quickly test how emails look on different devices.4 The tool has built-in tools for creating marketing automation flows. I don't need other tools for this. The interface has improved, with dropdowns now on the left side toolbar. It's easier to use and access. Reporting is faster now. I can get lists in my Gmail within minutes. Creating properties and automation for smart content is easier, too. I can use smart tokens in subject lines now, which is impressive.

It's good at visualizing large amounts of data
You need to buy connectors to integrate Marketing Automation with various suppliers. For example, if I want to see the data through Power BI, I need a connector to see the data directly. Otherwise, you need to do everything manually. You have to download information from SAS and then save a text file, and then I can import it into Power BI. I would like Marketing Automation to have this native functionality without the need to pay more for connectors.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Their blog platform and form capabilities are very easy to use and integrate within our web site."
"Ease of editing and creating templates after initial development with the Design Manager."
"The solution helps me to structure and track marketing and sales emails."
"The tool is very stable and very reliable."
"The biggest reason why I like this solution is the fact that it has so much functionality. It's all contained in one product, so you don't have to use multiple products."
"The solution enables the customization of reports."
"The product has the most valuable enterprise features."
"With 18 companies to manage, manual handling would be impractical. HubSpot's automation facilitates pre-scheduling, greatly enhancing our efficiency."
"SAP Marketing Automation is user-friendly. The interface is nice and clear. You can see the different diagrams and define various filters and targets. You can also export the customer information you collect to make the campaign. It's easy to understand how this information is entered. There are also a lot of platforms that show the results of campaigns. You can customize your data and define different reports, but SAS also provides a standard report."
"You can enable it for business users or marketing users to use it in a self-service way. So, the technical team is needed to build the features or processes, and then those processes can be used in a self-service way by your non-technical users."

Cons

"An expensive solution."
"The product is not cheap."
"It would be ideal if there was a way to forward a notification or create notifications for non-HubSpot users."
"The tool could concentrate on improving the analytics and the overall user experience with AI."
"While HubSpot Marketing Hub has shown increased functionality, there is still room for improvement, particularly in workflows."
"The solution is not recommended for launching investment."
"It can be disorienting when they put out a new release/beta test without informing us. It can be a bit disorienting to have to figure out how to access and adjust things in a new layout unexpectedly."
"The upcoming tasks feature could be better. With HubSpot, whenever I put the contact information into Microsoft Office or Microsoft Outlook, it automatically inputs it into HubSpot. For example, it keeps telling me to contact my Solaris representative as an upcoming task. I've tried changing the contact in it to "not a lead," but it keeps sending me that notification."
"The product is highly customizable, but the marketing and business teams want a lot of things to be built out of the box. A lot of features that could be out of the box aren't there. The main concern is to keep the system in such a way that it provides you with some out-of-the-box features and some customizable features as well."
"You need to buy connectors to integrate Marketing Automation with various suppliers. For example, if I want to see the data through Power BI, I need a connector to see the data directly. Otherwise, you need to do everything manually. You have to download information from SAS and then save a text file, and then I can import it into Power BI. Pricing and Cost Advice

"I believe an individual license costs $50 per month."
"Regarding pricing and licensing, I haven't directly handled it, but I assume Zoho might be cheaper. However, I would still prefer HubSpot due to its cleaner and more user-friendly interface."
"HubSpot Marketing Hub is less expensive than one of its competitors."
"The licensing costs are around $4,800 per month. Initially, there's an onboarding fee of around $10,000 or $5,000, but after that, it's just the licensing fee."
"The platform itself will typically cost anywhere from $50,000 to $80,000 per year."
"HubSpot Marketing Hub provided me with the startup package with 90% off, but it's still hundreds of dollars a month instead of thousands of dollars a month. There is an additional cost for training and onboarding which is hundreds of dollars. It is expensive and should be reduced."
"I'd rate the solution's pricing in the middle range. I want more regular communication from our customer service manager to help us improve our use of HubSpot Marketing Hub."
"For our organization, HubSpot was pretty affordable compared to Google Analytics."
"I'm not aware of the full cost. The financials are not with me. In terms of additional costs, there are always OpEx and CapEx. That's one way to look at it. You also need separate hardware to deploy the product."
