Automated sales sequences have transformed outreach and now organize multi-million deal workflows
Freshsales is a very comfortable type of CRM with easy customization and user-friendliness, allowing even non-techie individuals to manage their internal pipelines effectively, as it is a highly customizable CRM that suits our business needs, whether for selling products or services. The best features that Freshsales offers begin with the Sales Sequence, which is top-ranked, followed by the marketing division that allows us to create automated marketing sequences. Freshsales also includes 24/7 customer support, web form integration for lead generation from our website, and other valuable functionalities. The Sales Sequence feature significantly helps my workflow by enabling an account manager to contact a large list of customers quickly and efficiently, sending out emails with minimal manual effort, while also providing critical statistics about email engagement, which aids in improving outreach strategies. Freshsales positively impacts our organization by creating a central repository for all our business objectives; it has helped us organize our pipelines and documents efficiently, providing a system where we can easily access any necessary files related to individual deals and allowing visibility into the performance metrics for the board of directors.

Offers the ability to create multiple pipelines and the flexibility in filtering and reporting
We do a lot of analytics and reporting ourselves. We don't necessarily use all the features that Pipedrive provides, but it's very helpful at least. It has streamlined our deal-closing process. We use it for everything. When we create a lead, we put it into Pipedrive. That lead can be converted into an opportunity, which we manage through our whole pipeline. This includes having all data related to the opportunity in one place. Once the deal is closed, we use Pipedrive to follow up on the invoices until they are paid. We also manage sales commissions and payments to our salespeople through Pipedrive.

Uses data-driven insights to improve workflows and highlights a need for simpler automation tools
Salesforce Sales Cloud can be improved in several areas. First, the UI is an area for enhancement. Even though they've launched Lightning, it's clunky at times with page load speeds. It also needs to be made extremely more user-friendly. For new people using Salesforce Sales Cloud, there is a steep learning curve. Additionally, giving non-admins the ability to make changes on the fly is something that I feel is necessary. Currently with Salesforce Sales Cloud, you need to have a consultant. It's hard to build the flows or workflows. Making it easier for that end-user who's not so technically minded to help themselves is essential. I choose seven out of ten because I think you need a consultant or a consulting company to help you build it out. Certain changes should be made much easier and more user-friendly where an admin can do it. The automation processes need to be much simpler. If you're looking at other tools out there, for example SalesLoft or HubSpot, it's much easier to build those workflows and do automation.

"The most valuable feature is the ability to create timelines and custom fields."
"Anyone thinking about using this solution should definitely look at it and seriously consider it because it's a very good product."
"The usability of the solution is its valuable feature."
"It is a stable platform."
"Our primary use case for this solution ranges from using it for daily activities in sales to forecasting and KPIs and following up on every deal we are working on and every lease we are opening."
"It's very flexible and we can really fit it into our business model."
"Pipedrive makes it easy to understand who I'm talking to at a glance. It has all the activities, node features, opportunity interface, deal interface, and time drive deals. The sales process is extremely simple, which saves me time and energy. I can send the document for e-signature and make the most out of my deals. I can automatically send emails and phone calls. You need to do only a little API programming. It offers massive flexibility. You can run an entire enterprise on the platform. The ease of use facilitates huge adoption."
"Pipedrive's most valuable feature is reporting and insights. The CRM shows the database and lets the salespeople arrange their daily activities. The insights are essential from a management point of view because it helps the sales staff improve or adjust their whole sales cycle, activities, and quality."
"This is very flexible product."
"Salesforce runs smoothly."
"The solution can scale massively. I've been quite impressed."
"Salesforce Sales Cloud is very user-friendly, and simple to create dashboards and extract the reports. Additionally, it integrates well with other applications."
"The most significant features of Salesforce Sales Cloud that boosted our sales productivity are workflow management and integrated commentary. Workflow management allows us to progress from exploration and qualification to closing a sale. The integrated commentary feature lets us open conversation threads around a sale and bring in team members, enhancing collaboration."
"It is expensive but also one of the largest business systems you'll have in your company because it'll integrate absolutely anything you need it to."
"Salesforce is such a widespread software in terms of what it can do and its scope. Theoretically, you can run a whole company off of it. There are many valuable features, such as reporting and analytics. You can customize almost the whole environment is what appeals to so many companies the most."
"It is an open the platform with API integration with other systems. Salesforce, it is not a software. It is very famous and available. When you are creating leads, generating leads, opportunities, it is wonderful in the reports as well. Dashboards are amazing."

Cons

"It lacks customizability for complex and larger use cases."
"We have a problem with the time to delivery for our customers, although this is not specific to this solution. Time to delivery can be 90 days."
"The licensing costs should be based on the amount of data and number of clients that one can insert into the application."
"I believe the customization options in Freshsales could be improved, particularly regarding themes; the ability to implement our logo into the dashboard would enhance our professional image when dealing with external partners compared to larger MNCs using their internal software."
"The solution needs to improve the user experience and leads capture."
"We can use only one domain in the basic package."
"However, from my experience, I feel that templates should have more options and customizable template features, especially when it comes to importing images into email templates."
"However, the support provided by the service team or fresh service team and the customer team of the company is very poor."
"Pipedrive is relatively stable, but the performance is lackluster compared to other solutions in this space."
"Areas where the solution could improve are with the easiness of integration with other solutions, as well as the reporting capabilities."
"The form builder works even though it has some shortcomings...Also, the forms don't have the ability to avoid or stop people from signing up if they don't have a corporate email."
"New features sometimes seem bolted on rather than being smooth."
"Pipedrive could be more efficient. I want the management to be more transparent so it's easier to monitor the sales team's activities and results and do business forecasting. It would help them to improve the quality of the sales cycle."
"We are using the lowest version of it. As we become more sophisticated, we might outgrow the tool, but there are features that are available in the higher-level versions, which I'm unfamiliar with, that might be able to meet the needs we would have in the future. They can maybe add some of the features to the basic version or make it more reasonably priced or free."
"In future releases, I would like to have a highly intelligent integration service where you can easily connect PipeDrive with other tools, even if you are not a developer."
"The platform could be even more robust."
"Sale items for complex-solution sales."
"Its reporting capabilities can be improved. Its reporting interface should be improved to personalize reports."
"CI/CD is the biggest room for improvement. Deployment between environments and configuration."
"While the Salesforce version upgrades are in process, there may be some performance issues (however, Salesforce does inform users about this beforehand)."
"I didn't use Salesforce too much, so I can't say much about it because I don't think it would be very accurate."
"One consistent comment about the product internally is that it has a steep learning curve, especially for some sales executives. Simplifying the interface would be a big leap forward. Like a chatbot, fewer clicks and more direct AI interaction could help. A simplified interface with AI support would make things much easier. We need an AI feature like ChatGPT that helps us to hold conversations."
"Applications that can help with migrating data over from the sandbox to production would make it easier because sometimes change sets can be bulky and they're not always as effective. This can be frustrating when you make a lot of changes and try to put those changes into production."
"It is still relatively expensive - would like to see it a little cheaper."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The price for this solution is good in general, but in Brazil we do pay additional taxes."
"The basic price is affordable. The add ons are expensive."
"Freshsales is an economical product."
"If one is a very low price and ten is expensive, I rate the product price as a three."
"The tool is not that expensive."
"The solution's pricing is excellant. It costs 65 dollars a month for top tier plan."
"We pay $1000 a month for the tool."
"Pipedrive is relatively more affordable than other solutions."
"Pipedrive keeps increasing the prices, which is becoming a bit annoying. It was reasonable when we started, but now they're increasing all the time."
"On a scale of one to ten, where one is a low price, and ten is a high price, two or three. For us, everything is expensive because this is a startup, but for a normal company, it should be peanuts."
"The price of Pipedrive has been reasonable."
"Pipedrive is the most cost-effective in terms of the balance between cost and features. I would take Pipedrive over HubSpot or Zoho CRM. It's well-positioned on the market."
"As of now, the pricing and value are quite good."
"The tool's pricing is based on the number of users. It has a different pricing for 0-100 and another for 100-500 users."
"Implementation and add-ons may be additional costs."
"There is a license required to use this solution and the price is expensive. It could be reduced."
"Its license is expensive. It is probably a lot more than smaller solutions. It is around £500 a month, but I don't know how many licenses we have."
"The main thing is it is costly. Salesforce it is not cheap, it's costly. Some of our customers say it is a costly solution. So, we have lost some sale opportunities regarding the high price. This is the main thing that we are facing. It is sales per user and the user price is about $150 per month, per user for the Enterprise Edition. The other edition is less than this, but it is costly. A company that has 70 or 80 users would pay more than $8,000 USD yearly because it is cloud based."
"It is alright for now because we ended up getting a discount off the base price. So, for now, it is okay. We may have to renegotiate when we get more users, and I don't know if the price would stay the same or increase. It has just a standard licensing fee. If you end up hiring a consultant for implementation, you will have to pay for the implementation. Other than that, there are no additional fees."
"The price of the product is very high. I rate the product price a ten on a scale of one to ten, where one means low price, and ten means expensive."
"The main issue is the price. Because it's SaaS, you will have to pay on a monthly or yearly basis."
