Pipedrive is relatively more affordable than solutions like Salesforce. It is suitable for small companies that only need some of the functionality offered by Salesforce. I rate the pricing a three out of ten.
The tool is pretty inexpensive. We pay $1000 a month for the tool. We have five to six users. The pricing is fair. I rate the pricing a five out of ten.
As of now, the pricing and value are quite good. We purchase licenses that cost around €40 per user. In comparison, other options start at around €170 per user, with less flexibility in terms of functions. So, PipeDrive is a very cost-effective choice. We did explore some SaaS tools priced around €15 to €20 per month, but their usability was not as high compared to Pipedrive.
We are using the solution's advanced plan in our company. Also, we are using Pipedrive's LeadBooster, and there are also PowerApps. For extra campaigns, we have LeadBooster. It's a platform in which, in the end, you pay a lot because you just start putting in more and more options, and it becomes a little bit less expensive. But it's okay. In general, it's quite good. On a scale of one to ten, where one is a low price, and ten is a high price, two or three. For us, everything is expensive because this is a startup, but for a normal company, it should be peanuts. Right now, we are paying 189 euros per month for three users, and as a complement, they upgrade the solution. There are no additional charges to the standard licensing fees.
I can't provide specific information on licensing costs. As far as I know, it's an annual subscription, but I'm not aware of the specific costs because my CEO manages this. However, I believe that the minimum fee they have available in their pricing is the one we are using.

Pipedrive is the most cost-effective in terms of the balance between cost and features. I would take Pipedrive over HubSpot or Zoho CRM. It's well-positioned on the market.
