Automation streamlines workflow and integrates seamlessly with various applications
I serve as both a reseller and customer of Fortinet FortiSOAR. The solution is suitable for all types of businesses from small to enterprise. The integration capability of Fortinet FortiSOAR deserves a rating of 10. It can be integrated with any system, and we have the capability for custom connectors. Even if Fortinet FortiSOAR doesn't have a specific connector, you can easily create a custom connector using AI. Simply provide your requirements or solution needs, and Fortinet FortiSOAR will create the connector, enabling integration with any application. My final rating for Fortinet FortiSOAR would be 10 out of 10, where one is bad and ten is good.

Ability to multiple playbooks to fetch data from multiple firewalls and utomated several tasks, including vulnerability scans and SOCL (Security Orchestration, Automation
Recently, they started implementing microservices in XSOAR, which has improved quality and addressed previous issues. However, they should focus more on licensing costs. The user licensing fees are quite high. For example, I received a quote for XSOAR, and it was $12,000 per user per year. If you have a SOC team of 30 members/analysts, you're looking at a substantial expense. They should consider reducing these costs since this high pricing seems to be more about profit. So, there is room for improvement in the pricing. Moreover, the reporting and dashboard features are decent but could be improved. The user interface (UI) is quite heavy and takes time to load, which is a major drawback.

Great documentation, good technical support, and very in-depth
The initial setup can be complex. I would advise users to leverage all of the access with Palo Alto, in terms of setting up with the technical account management teams. They need to ensure that what they have in mind for the product is actually going to be what happens. I have not run into any problems with deploying the product. Any of their security products are well-documented, either with open source intelligence or the documentation from Palo Alto. We had a client with less than a thousand users that received a dedicated engineer and a technical account manager that was able to walk them through the first 90 days of ownership. The support is certainly there.
