Easy to install and use with good support and

It's too early to say what improvements are needed, but I can only say we are happy with our decision to move to TMON. We haven't looked at the graphic tools so far, but they're on our to-do list for this year. We will see what happens after the move to Rocket Software. We haven't seen any missing information about our daily work and analysis of our production systems and applications. We're like it to be possible to move some more workload to our ZIIP processors to save us some billing for general workload.

Automation has improved alerts and file handling but script-based setup still needs simplification

OPS_MVS Automation Intelligence is the automation tool I use. I think OPS_MVS Automation Intelligence is good for creating complex rules because it's coding, but it takes time to learn how to use it. OPS_MVS Automation Intelligence works well if you know the syntax very well and you have experience in creating scripts or REXX syntax; it would be very good and is a good tool, but it takes time to learn, so that is for experienced staff to work with. I would rate the product a six from one to ten. I cannot think of any additional features in the next release of OPS_MVS Automation Intelligence.

Real User Monitoring (RUM) an End user monitoring that gives you visibility into user behavior for fast, targeted problem resolution. It monitors the performance and availability of business-critical application services for all users at all locations all the time. It automatically discovers underlying infrastructure and classifies user actions - giving you instant visibility into session and whole service health over web, cloud, and mobile user experience. It allows you to trace user experience across tiers, capture live sessions, see where customers clicked, measure response times, and see pages that caused problems.
