I think the team would know how to predict what needs to be improved. Every business has its own predictions, so providing specific fields based on which to calculate predictions would be helpful. The analytics plans are very complex because they depend on the users, while other Zoho plans operate on a per-user basis. The analytics plan has different features for one user, 10 users, and 25 users. Having to pay for 25 users when only 11 are needed creates an issue with the pricing structure.

What I appreciate most about Zoho Analytics is the pivot table functionality. In the pivot table and scheduler table, if we want data in one report, we can use an SQL query and get data from different modules. For example, if I have two models, Account and Deal, and I want to get Account and Deal data in one report, I can make a report using SQL and provide it to our customers. Zoho Analytics is used to make reports and dashboards according to our client requirements. AI is also available in our CRM. Whenever I create a report, the AI helps determine which fields and hospitalities are important. AI automatically creates a presentation on Zoho. In Zoho Analytics, I have improved in building logic based on client requirements. There is a main part of logic, and if we can build our logic according to the client's requirements, then Zoho Analytics becomes very easy to use.

The benefits I've seen from using Zoho Analytics include saving time; this is the most important benefit for me. It saves a lot of time so I don't need to do my analytics or revisit a report repeatedly every month or according to the frequency of the requirement. I don't have to start it from scratch again or go in, extract a report, and do manipulations on the report. Zoho Analytics serves this part, so it saves a lot of time. It's easy to use, but nothing is completely simple. The interface is easy, but it depends on the requirement I'm looking for. If I'm looking for a specific requirement for a specific report or analytics, it needs different fields from different forms, and it might be hard, but ultimately, it's doable. The interface is user-friendly and everything is good.
