I use
Google Workspace for messaging and storage purposes, specifically for Mail, Contacts, and Drive. I utilize it extensively for personal purposes. Messaging within
Google Workspace allows for quick communication; the messages are easily grouped, and sharing files is straightforward. Google Meet is a feature that is quick and accessible from all devices. Additionally, these collaboration tools have significantly improved our team's workflow as they enable us to edit the same file simultaneously. We can view messages quickly and respond, and sharing is not a problem.
What is most valuable?
I appreciate that Google Workspace provides quick messaging where messages are grouped together, easy sharing, and the convenience of Google Meet, which is accessible from all devices. These tools enhance productivity by allowing us to edit the same file at the same time, making collaboration much smoother.
What needs improvement?
I do not have any major suggestions for improvement. However, while the security functionalities are similar to those in competitors like Active Directory, they could be optimized for stronger security features. Additionally, I don't see any drastic need for changes, but integration could be optimized for future releases to be more rapid.

There were no particular challenges during the initial deployment of Google Workspace. I have been using it for years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Google Workspace is very stable. I would rate its stability a ten out of ten. This stability is crucial to us because it ensures we do not lose communication or connection while using messaging and accessing files.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I find Google Workspace to be highly scalable. It supports around 2,500 users in our company, and this scalability assists us in maintaining our infrastructure.
How are customer service and support?
My experience with Google Workspace's customer service has been positive. I would rate it a nine out of ten. In the past, we experienced a problem with automatic emails being blocked, and the support team resolved the issue quickly.

I did not use a different solution before Google Workspace. However, before choosing it, I did evaluate other options such as Microsoft and
IBM Lotus Notes.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup of Google Workspace was quite easy, and I would rate it a nine out of ten. I do not recall any significant challenges during the setup process.
What about the implementation team?
I was involved in the deployment process. We managed the authorization of all components. It was very good.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The pricing for Google Workspace is moderate. I would rate it a five out of ten, indicating it is neither cheap nor expensive. The current cost is approximately seven to ten euros per user per month, and I believe the price could potentially be lower.

Before choosing Google Workspace, I evaluated Microsoft and
IBM Lotus Notes.
What other advice do I have?
Overall, I rate Google Workspace a ten out of ten. Although I appreciate the product, the integration with Oracle Apex and pricing are minor downsides.
