I am basically using the email service and some regular space on Google Workspace. That's it. My company is using the email service for around 100 users.

The valuable features include the email service, email updates, and Google Drive. People are given email access to Google Drive. The team can share manual files and work accordingly. They can access different teams from anywhere, collectively putting files, sharing them, and managing them. 

Additionally, the manufacturing product does not require any downgrades. It works fine and continuously for the last three or four years. Users can access their emails from anywhere in their browser without a laptop or can directly access from Gmail. This is helpful for salespeople.

My usual use cases for Google Workspace involve creating a website. Technically when enterprises or individuals want to create a website, they normally use a website host or GoDaddy or other services. I managed to work through without spending much money on development or hosting services. I just bought a domain. With Google Workspace, the intra site, the native SharePoint site, and native sites from Google Workspace, I created and performed DNS-related administration work and then published outside. It can now be accessed from outside.

I have saved a lot of cost by creating this way. I'm not hosting outside or spending additional money there. Whatever intra site I have, I converted that and published it as an internet site. It's one of the best ways to use Google Workspace features to save money for a business.

The Google Workspace app that enhances my productivity the most is email, meeting calendars, and website capabilities. These are the three major ones. I'm working with Google Solar API, which is available from Google Maps, one of the best mapping platforms available. My wife's business focuses on enabling and deploying rooftop solar for homes in India.

The Solar API contains extensive data about sun patterns, including rise and set times throughout the year. I'm currently developing a mobile application using this API. When I pin any location, such as a customer's home, I can assess the site remotely from my office. By entering exact coordinates, I can analyze how the home roof is aligned, its direction, incline, and whether sunlight throughout the year is sufficient for solar power production.

I can determine feasibility and available roof space without physical visits. The Solar API is currently in preview and is one of the best APIs available globally. When I complete this mobile application development, I can help organizations by providing subscriptions to business owners who currently rely on physical inspections. This automation will significantly improve their operational efficiency. While the API has full coverage in the US and UK, India is the next focus country.

I've been developing this mobile app using ChatGPT tools, though I've faced some challenges with the monthly subscription limits. Google Workspace's collaboration tools, including Gemini, have been beneficial, though I haven't utilized them extensively due to cost considerations.

We use Google Workspace for mail, calendaring, conference calls, collaboration on documents, and advanced features of the calendar similar to Calendly. 

We utilize Google Sheets connected with BigQuery for large data analysis and work with documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and text files. We assign tasks and collaborate seamlessly across locations, enhancing productivity significantly.

Google Workspace has drastically improved our productivity and collaboration by allowing multiple users to work simultaneously on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations from different locations. 

The communication features such as ongoing chat and video calls around documents, email suggestions for changes, dynamic email, and its integration with BigQuery are very beneficial. The ability to share real-time updates and collaborate instantly saves us hours compared to traditional software solutions.

We use Google Workspace for email and also for Google tools like Calendar. We're a customer of Google Cloud Solutions.

It helped us a lot because we use not just email but Calendar and Google Meet daily. Also, Google Spreadsheet, the live presentations, and Google Slides. Those are the tools we use today, especially Google Meet and Gmail.

For project management, we use the Jira solution. We put our projects into a team, distribute tasks, and collaborate. We use Jira for task management and to track whether tasks are completed.

I am working as a consultant in Google Workspace, providing solutions to Google Workspace customers. We offer deployment, management, and support for the product.

Google Workspace enhances collaboration by integrating Gmail, Chat, and Meet, making it easy to share documents and collaborate on projects.

The solution is primarily used for:

1. Collaboration. As a presales person, on a daily basis, I have to work with my team collaboratively on multiple documents at the same time, and this tool allows me to execute the activities effectively in real time 

2. Documents Storage and Management

3. Form development to gather regular feedback and information from customers and internal employees 

4. Calendar, spreadsheets, Drive, Meet, and Gmail. These all features help me to do effectively communication and execution of collaborative tasks across the team in real time.

The solution has improved our organization via:

1. Real-time collaboration for document development. It is saving our team ideal time and increasing the efficiency of collaborative working. 

2. Easy-to-build forms are allowing me to get feedback and information from my internal teams as well as from the customers very efficiently with the result data in structured manner.

3. Confidently uploading of data in storage for easy access and cross-regional and cross-departmental access.

I use the product for Gmail and Google Drive. 

The solution offers a workflow where we can collaborate and share documents. Its most valuable features are Gmail and Google Drive. Google Drive is great for file collaboration. It improves productivity. The product is on the cloud; we don't have to connect to the office through a VPN. 

We use Google Chat to communicate with team members daily.
