Web scraping is quite good since it offers a lot of possibilities. Another important feature for me is its compatibility with MBI, the Power that is ISEQUADO Centers. I appreciate the ability to scale and increase the number of bots or studios without additional expense. Automate's non-reliance on additional orchestrators makes it quite cost-effective.

I do not think there is much that should improve because this system has been working effectively during the year I have used it. Regarding complex implementation, though the implementation might be complex, it is the best way of implementing it as all tools function properly. I would not suggest improvements because altering features might make it harder for users to locate and function properly. Though it is somewhat complex, this is the best way for the tool to run smoothly and deliver optimal productivity. The reason for not giving it 10 out of 10 is that we have some minor problems that do not require technical team intervention. Some challenges include the system being too loaded or delayed in taking instructions and responding quickly as needed. These issues are resolved easily, but these minor challenges prevent a perfect rating. As an organization and system, we do excellent work but cannot achieve perfection due to these small challenges. I rate it nine out of 10 because there are minor challenges that limit the solution from reaching perfection.

In regards to Automate, I appreciate that it simplifies my file management. I'm able to arrange my files for reading, editing, scanning PDFs and images, and extracting data. It also helps me when transferring files from one system to another, and I love the email automation part, as I can program it to deliver and get feedback from whoever sent it to clients, fellow employees, and so on. I've utilized the drag and drop interface feature, which helps me especially when I have limited time. It functions similarly to copying and pasting, which makes my work much easier. I just need to go in with my laptop and use the mouse to copy from one point, and when using it, it displays properly.
