"We like the manufacturing and case management modules."
"One developer is enough to maintain the solution. Microsoft 365 is changing technology. The product is a user-friendly ERP solution."
"The security feature, particularly the encryption, which still builds sensitivity, is one of the most valuable features."
"The most valuable feature of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is using the Excel sheets on Chrome and other applications."
"The solution's integration between Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online is really helpful."
"The solution's integrations and interface are very good."
"I am impressed with the tool's user authentication, compatibility , and policies."
"It's integrated into everything well so you can navigate and use it in a very simple way."
"We use it for the projects we do in the telecom industry."
"It is a very solid product for finance and procure-to-pay processes."
"I am impressed with the product's ease of use. It also helps us reduce the techstack."
"I like the ease of setup and customization of forms."
"The most valuable aspect of NetSuite ERP is the multi-subsidiary portion, it is the strongest across all the other ERPs. If you want to do consolidations, it works a lot better than other tools."
"Every year, they release a new version."
"We leverage the core platform but are able to add additional functionality for ease of use, tailored processes, and industry related reporting."
"It would be nice, in Microsoft Teams, if we were able to type more information into the chat."
"There is room for improvement in the ability to reverse or correct transactions more easily."
"The UI is not particularly user-friendly and the CRM could do with some enhancements."
"There is room for improvement in terms of compatibility."
"Any request that had come from the website had to go through an e-form which was then plugged into Microsoft Dynamics NAV. There was no direct data capture. That was the pain point, where clients had to build e-forms, and that caused delays in transactions and getting information."
"I wouldn't say that Microsoft Dynamics is very scalable."
"If Microsoft made some of the security setups a little easier to work with, that would be a significant improvement. The warehouse management features could also use some work. We had to buy third-party software to make NAV's warehouse management and security more usable and functional."
"It would be nice if the integration process was easier."
"NetSuite ERP's UI could be improved. There are some features that are very complex that do not have to be. There are some aspects of the solution that could be simplified and this can include the documentation. Since it's a very complex tool, you expect to have great detailed documentation to help you implement it."
"Additionally, adding advanced modules such as AI components or customer service modules could help the system become more scalable."
"As with any system offering large volumes of data, there are limitations on processing large volumes of data in custom ways."
"An area for improvement in NetSuite ERP is its accounting functionality because it has certain limitations. You can't maintain sub-ledgers or post accrued expenses in sub-ledger forms, so you'll need to post in journals. The pricing is another area that can be improved in NetSuite ERP because the pricing was lower when it wasn't part of Oracle, but after Oracle acquired Netsuite and NetSuite ERP was offered as a cloud service, the price went up."
"Improvement-wise, it should be more customizable. Currently, you can't enhance the product yourself in terms of development for any applications unless you've got a very strong and big development team. Those are the skills that are in very short supply."
"The product should improve its warehouse management solution."
"The communication has been peculiar, and the overall commercial process has been less than satisfactory."
"Many features such as local taxation and fund management are not there yet."
