I primarily use Oracle Fusion, Telehubot, and their suite for ATS, recruitment, candidate management, and candidate relationship management.

The advantage I see is the presence of the industrial Taleo stack, which is beneficial for large-scale companies handling a higher load. 

Additionally, we utilize Oracle Fusion performance management. We have been using Oracle Fusion and Telehubot for about six to seven years.

As an HR professional focused on talent acquisition, I primarily use Oracle Taleo for managing the talent side and hiring processes. I explore Oracle Taleo's capabilities as part of my assignments to understand its integration with ATS systems and its features for scheduling and managing interviews.

Oracle Taleo's integration capabilities are good. I successfully integrate Calendly into Oracle Taleo for interview scheduling, which is a significant pain point for our processes at the time. This feature enables seamless scheduling without the back-and-forth communication, improving efficiency in our talent acquisition process.

We use the solution for our internal hiring requirements. We hire people based on the Oracle recruiting service.

The solution's most valuable features are the OCR, single source of truth, and simplicity of the workflows. The solution's metrics are very streamlined.

We are partners for Oracle and SAP and there are a lot of customers who are using Oracle Taleo as a cloud solution from our side. 

I believe that Taleo has been in the market for the past 20 years or more, and was a separate company before being acquired by Oracle. In general, Taleo was first and foremost used for recruiting, onboarding, and then performance management and goal management. Later, they acquired Taleo Learn and they now also have a learning management application under Taleo's umbrella. However, lately they are moving more to ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud).

Taleo's user base differs from client to client, but most organizations have around 3,000 users. Oracle Taleo also has a Business Edition module, so customers have an option here. With a large user base, organizations can go with the Enterprise Edition, or if there aren't that many users, they can go with Taleo Business Edition.

The most usable and well-known feature is Oracle's recruiting module for Taleo. Performance and goal management are good to have, based on certain client requirements where the user base isn't too large, but the most workable domain of Taleo is the recruiting module.

I use the solution in my company for recruitment purposes.

I cannot describe the advantages of the solution in specific since it was the only one that was available for our organization. My company uses the basic features of the product. The product is basically used to raise a requisition and finally, when the requisition is fulfilled, it is useful for the approval part.

ATS is used to track candidates. We've used it for job requisitions, getting candidates for those requisitions, moving them through different interview stages, and then handling their onboarding process.

Oracle Taleo felt a bit outdated, and we didn't use it for every step of the candidate process. We mainly used it to track job IDs, create job requisitions, and add candidates when making an offer. It wasn't very user-friendly for moving candidates through different stages of the recruitment lifecycle.

Oh yes, when we began to utilize e-signatures it saved us a lot of money because prior to that we were manually documenting completion, we have 12,000 employees so it was a lot easier to put a notice up and have an electronic signature in which everyone signs off and then report on it.

In my prior job, I used Taleo for recruiting purposes only. Now, in my current job, we are doing the onboarding transition aspects. We weren't doing that at my prior job. 

It has allowed us to be able to source candidates, have them apply for the job, or put in applications online. All of our onboarding is done via the web as well. It makes everything easy.

The solution is stable and reliable.
