What is our primary use case?

We use this solution for user onboarding via email automation and to send out product update newsletters. We also use it send out maintenance messages or ad hoc communication focused on a specific topic.

What is most valuable?

The automation features are very valuable for my projects.

What needs improvement?

Reporting for this solution could be improved. For example, when you run A/B tests or MVT tests with multiple variants, then it is difficult to get a consolidated report.

There are limitations on how to use the automation. The sending of messages could be more transactional as it is only possible to synchronize one per day.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have used this solution for one year.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

This is a stable solution.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We previously used MailChimp which is a lot more expensive. The decision between the two solutions would be the decision priorities within the project.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was somewhat complex but it didn't take long.

What about the implementation team?

Our internal development team implemented this solution.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The costing involves one annual payment.
