The filters could be more efficient but the reports are clear and precise.
The filters could be more efficient. For example, when I send a campaign, I usually send it again seven days later. Sometimes, I update the database of emails in-between these mailings, and therefore, I have to re-enter all the filters of the first mailing, and it can take a very long time depending of the campaign.

Good for digital marketing purposes, such as creating and managing email campaigns
Mailchimp could be more user-friendly for setting up WordPress websites. Some of the complex settings can be time-consuming to configure. So, setting up Mailchimp for WordPress websites can be time-consuming for an average user but not necessarily difficult. It's time-consuming, especially when adding custom code to email campaigns. It requires some experience and knowledge to do it effectively.

"It allows for dragging and dropping, which is much faster than writing HTML and CSS."
"We managed to easily build and send modern, nice looking, relevant newsletters to hundreds of followers, analyze our projects and think of new and better ways to do it, because of the diversity that comes with it."
"There was no email marketing at our company before MailChimp, so this product allowed us to begin email marketing which is less costly and less resource intensive."

Cons

"Automated workflows do not have control for dynamic behavioral targeting in any way."
"MailChimp should have a better offering for ready made modern templates but this is usually supplied by the community."
"I don't have any issues with the service."

"The video embedding doesn’t render until you send a campaign, which makes it hard to see the layout."
