The best feature is that it's a Microsoft product, so if anything goes wrong, we get quick support for anything required. Remote system functionality allows us to sit anywhere and take control of any device via remote management. We can enhance security for clients' laptops with built-in Microsoft Defender, which is available with the Microsoft Intune license. We use it for reporting purposes through endpoint analytics. When pushing scripting, there are two types available: remediation script and reservation script. Through endpoint analytics, you can push defender policies to clients. It helps with reporting, inventory updates, and monitoring tenant status health.

Block-based workflows have improved user logins but AuthScript and navigation still need work
I wish Transmit Security had a better scrolling pinpoint feature because sometimes when I scroll through the tree, I can mess up the programming, especially if the elements are inside of a block. Besides the scrolling and pinpointing issues, I think Transmit Security can be improved regarding AuthScript, which is really designed only for Transmit Security and has a lot of potential in loops for looping through arrays or searching through arrays or when I have containers. I only have two methods to search through arrays, which are really confusing and sometimes not the best for the performance of the code. Regarding the needed improvements, I think the documentation is provided alongside the new updates, but it would help if there was a function that allows looping because it does not have a for or while loop and it is really confusing sometimes.

Inexpensive with useful screen monitoring and screen sharing capabilities
I'm using the latest version of the solution. I'd recommend others switch over to Zoho. It's flexible and highly efficient while being very user-friendly. If users have remote sessions, it's quite useful; however, if there are no remote sessions needed, the solution itself isn't very useful. I'd rate the product nine out of ten.

"As an IT administrator, I appreciate Intune's ability to implement granular device-level policies for our organization's employees."
"I can reach devices or computers over the internet. I don't need to worry about the network connectivity between the offices. I can manage any device. That is the most important part."
"The solution is easy to use and it has good performance."
"Application deployment and keeping the devices secure no matter where they are, by having this cloud solution — that has been great."
"Microsoft Intune is a tool designed for enterprise customers to protect enterprise data from leakage or sharing."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Microsoft Intune's costliness stems from licensing fees and the overhead associated with its management, user experience, and device remediation."
"There is a license required to use this solution. However, it was part of a bundle package. Microsoft Intune is far less expensive than other solutions, such as Workspace ONE."
"It's a bit expensive from a licensing perspective, especially as we look to have organizations with tenants across the globe."
"It's affordable. In comparison to the competitors, the price depends on what features you need from Intune, but it's affordable. There are no hidden costs, but there are some features that go for a premium price. Those are the add-ons for which you have to pay extra."
"Intune is included in the Microsoft 365 licensing package that we have."
"The pricing needs improvement."
"Pricing can be improved."
"The price of Intune is included with the license for Office 365, so we don't have to pay anything extra for it."
