"Currently, we are using the performance and goals management functionality the most. It is connected with the enterprise solution, and it is seamless. It can be easily accessed because it is available via the net. It is readily available, provided you have an internet connection. Their technical support is also very good.""Overall, it's excellent performance management.""The initial setup was pretty simple.""It has improved my organization by enabling us to efficiently manage our personnel.""This solution has automatic linking and reporting features. Upgrades are hassle-free because you don't need to change everything from scratch, when compared to Meta4.""The overall functionality of the solution is very good.""The most valuable feature is the onboarding module, which enables candidates to fill in their details online and smoothly transitions data from the recruitment module into the SAP database.""SuccessFactors offers all aspects of Human Resources Management. What I love most about it is that it can be implemented for any company very quickly."

"The HR portal, training model, and the development career model all need improvement.""In future releases, it would be useful to see reporting lines of all the team members in our business to understand who reports to whom.""training and performance could be improved."

More Meta4 Cons →

"The stability could be a bit better.""Also, it would be helpful if they could improve its ability to localize the product to Nigeria.""To explain one feature that I would like to see in SuccessFactors, I must describe a similar feature as seen in Oracle. In Oracle, there's a feature called Workforce Prediction, and with this feature, we can predict some of the behaviors of any employee. For example, the software can attempt to predict whether the employee might resign in future, or perhaps if they will start to perform better. This is something that is missing in SuccessFactors.""They should be more user friendly and give us more tools to make it more flexible.""The reporting and cloud integration could be done better in this solution.""User experience for this solution needs to be improved.""The data management part can be improved in terms of how you can manage data from the HR admin's or HR team's perspective. It has some limitations in the reporting part in terms of how you can update the data and fetch the data. SAP HCM comparatively has a lot of capabilities in terms of backup loads, data management, data changes, etc. You can do these things easily, which is not the case with SAP SuccessFactors. Data management should be simplified in SAP SuccessFactors in terms of accessing the data, reporting, and then manipulating the data.""The user experience could be simplified."
