We are system integrators and we typically recommend Sophos Mobile for our clients, including construction, trading companies, and schools. We base our recommendations on clients' specific needs, promote different brands, and offer mobile security solutions.

Sophos Mobile offers features like cash mode and safe mode, and allows for central management, which I find effective for device security, though it depends on the clients' needs and the types of mobile devices used. 

The integration of the product is easier these days compared to ten years ago. The support provided by Sophos is notably good, and they care for their partners. 

Sophos has good customer support, and that is crucial for sustaining business relationships.

I use Sophos Mobile to manage mobile devices for corporations, companies, and organizations. It allows me to manage all company mobile devices easily. If a device gets lost, I am able to lock that device or block access to any files on it.

Sophos Mobile offers several valuable features, such as device tracking, allowing me to know where a device is located. It also provides file security through a feature called the file lock, which is useful in case of security issues. 

Additionally, I can manage the antivirus on mobile devices to ensure they are not infected. Sophos Mobile also offers phishing management.

We are working with Sophos and other products like Managed Engine, focusing on enterprise management and mobile device management solutions. We primarily use Sophos for server or endpoints. We have integrated it as a same solution.

We have no specific threats in mobile because we are working as management. The integration of Sophos Mobile and other tools enhances the security posture of our customers.

For security, we haven't had any known security issues or attacks because we've been protected by Sophos.

We can easily manage the devices because it's already in the cloud. For example, if any phone that belongs to the company is lost, we can easily erase the data.

Other features that I find most appealing: 

• The cloud technology
• The cheaper cost
• The ease of management.

End users must know their devices are vulnerable rather than relying on administrators to patch them. A two-way notification system should alert both the engineer and the administrator about vulnerabilities. Sometimes, administrators manage many devices and might overlook issues, so having end users also receive notifications can help ensure that vulnerabilities are addressed more promptly.

It would be helpful to have a dashboard that can be quickly exported to Excel or PDF. This dashboard should summarize activities, including usage, internet usage, vulnerabilities, threats, and patch coverage. The goal is to simplify reporting for administrators so they don’t have to sort and pick data manually. This makes it easier for management and auditors to review and assess the organization's status efficiently.

I have been using Sophos Mobile for two years.

We are doing Sophos endpoints, Sophos access points, Sophos Mobile, Sophos Firewall, and Safeguard. We build solutions with all these products to have a centralized dashboard on the cloud console for managing all these devices.

Sophos Mobile is very effective in providing alerts for network spikes. It offers free access to customers, which gives visibility to users and helps in recommending the solution to others. It also facilitates security by allowing the security hardware to communicate, which includes the firewall, access points, and endpoint security.
