Its efficiency helps us identify suitable customer profiles, though team training on its features remains a challenge. It's ideal for our small business needs. |

| Business Development and Product Owner at wrightia | 4.5 | I use HubSpot Sales Hub for managing leads and tracking sales cycles, benefiting from its strong email integration and reporting. | Product Marketing Manager at a educational organization with 201-500 employees | 4.0 | HubSpot Sales Hub is similar to a CRM and excels in email workflow management and automation. Its interface is intuitive, and it offers excellent customer education. However, it could improve conversation summaries, note-taking, and post-call functionalities. |

| Consultant at BORN Group | 4.5 | I primarily use HubSpot Sales Hub for managing pipelines and tracking deals within sales teams. Its strengths include customizable workflows, dashboards, and reporting features. Compared to Oracle, it's user-friendly, though integration with dynamic reporting tools like Power BI would enhance its capabilities. |
HubSpot Sales Hub CRM system has helped my team in managing contacts and pipelines as it is crucial; it's something I can't live without.
If there was not this CRM system for me, everything would be on Excel and it would be a big mess; I would not remember about contacts to connect with somebody, I wouldn't be able to connect companies and people and deals in a unified way, it would be just one big mess.
What bothers me about the UI of HubSpot Sales Hub is that it's a bit flat, and it does not allow for the personalization to the point I would want, as I would prefer it to look more like ClickUp tools where I can change the way it looks for my preference.
The email tracking feature of HubSpot Sales Hub helps me assess prospect engagement, but I don't think it works well and it needs to be improved; the problem with it is that it recognizes auto-screening in email tools, which means HubSpot Sales Hub thinks an email opened by an end-user is actually an email that is screened, giving me false expectations.
The benefits I've seen from custom reporting are quite acceptable, but the only thing I would improve is the Sankey feature; this feature is amazing in theory but it's not working very well, and I don't really understand how it's working.
Regarding integration capabilities, I integrate HubSpot Sales Hub with Apollo and Fireflies, and while the Outlook features are acceptable, Outlook should be improved since it's really problematic; the problem is that it's constantly disconnecting, and every time you go to Outlook you have to log in again, which nobody remembers.
I don't recall experiencing any outages or downtime with HubSpot Sales Hub.
I don't think my rating for technical support would mean anything since, as I mentioned, I may not have even contacted them; the community of HubSpot Sales Hub and information available in Google is sufficient enough to basically self-help myself.
What caught my eye about HubSpot Sales Hub that other tools didn't have is that it offers a free tier, allowing us to start without expensive modules, which let us review the tool, set it up, play with it, and eventually expand and start paying.
The email tracking feature of HubSpot Sales Hub helps me assess prospect engagement.
To be honest, I don't really utilize the sales automation tools in HubSpot Sales Hub; I tried them, but I'm not a super user, just some easy pipeline automation, which is not really important for me for enterprise sales.
My overall rating for this review is seven.

We have done some work with HubSpot Sales Hub as our main CRM. When our sales team picks up a project or initiates a discussion, they enter it into HubSpot Sales Hub.
From that point onwards, HubSpot Sales Hub tracks and traces the email thread and updates the statuses on the platform itself. We subsequently use it to track the overall sales pipeline from proposal generation to project running, submitting deliverables, and finally invoicing the project. We manage the whole sales cycle using HubSpot Sales Hub.
We have connected our website to HubSpot Sales Hub so whenever there's a reach out that comes in, that information gets fed into HubSpot Sales Hub. We manage and monitor things from there. We also use the HubSpot Sales Hub API to connect our ERP and other systems. The workflows help us connect to webhooks outside HubSpot Sales Hub, trigger certain other processes, and then some other processes will come back and write certain data to HubSpot Sales Hub. We use the automation extensively.
The main advantage is its ease of use, and it comes with multiple connectors that can be used to integrate several other systems. The most important feature for us is the ability to plan workflows and integrate other systems manually, even without native connectivity. This is significant because we have connected our internal systems to HubSpot Sales Hub using the API.
Another valuable feature is the email tracking module. Once a person is tracked, it adds all the metadata into the platform for later audit or progress tracing of the email.
The custom reporting functionality is very helpful. We have been using custom reporting with HubSpot Sales Hub to get periodic reports and see the progress of certain projects. It helps us plan our sales strategy by tracking variables based on project size or site projects. We can link these projects to data and components, which helps us strategically plan based on the reports.
The associated lists feature is new, though it has certain limitations when exporting data. HubSpot Sales Hub provides 95% flexibility in terms of allowing us to export, transform data, and bring it back. However, there are some limitations with the associated list feature and the API in terms of flexibility.
There are areas that could be improved in terms of custom reporting. The associated lists feature, while new, has certain limitations when exporting data. Some features cannot be linked to custom reports.
The pricing structure includes a base payment for the sales part, which is somewhat expensive compared to other options. The overall cost is relatively high compared to some alternatives available in the market.
We have been using custom reporting with HubSpot Sales Hub for more than five years.
As it is a cloud platform, there isn't much to install. The only configuration needed is for email modules, which is not complicated to implement.
We are using the HubSpot Sales Hub public cloud, which we access through the browser without any installation requirements.
When using the API, we have noticed occasional glitches where some records do not go through or are lost. For instance, out of 10,000 API requests, approximately 10 might get missed with absolutely no record of them. Besides this issue, the platform performs well.
From an infrastructure standpoint, HubSpot Sales Hub manages everything, so scalability concerns are not applicable.
The support team generally responds within a day or two. While dealing with API limitations, support staff couldn't always provide a completely working solution, but they were responsive. They consistently respond and provide solutions, though some limitations are inherent to the tool itself.
Positive
We have used the open-source version of SugarCRM before implementing HubSpot Sales Hub.
Being a cloud platform, there isn't much to install. The setup mainly involves email configuration modules, which are not complicated to implement.
While using the API, we have noticed instances where some records do not go through or are lost due to glitches.
There is definitely ROI because it helps manage the overall sales pipeline effectively. Without it, we wouldn't be able to manage everything properly or strategically plan our sales strategy.
The solution is affordable, though the pricing structure includes a base payment for the sales part. The sales component is somewhat expensive, making the overall cost higher compared to some other available options.
We have used the open-source version of SugarCRM before implementing HubSpot Sales Hub.
Compared to everything we have used, HubSpot Sales Hub is superior. In terms of flexibility, available options, and interface ease, everything is better in HubSpot Sales Hub.
There are some limitations regarding the API functionality. The pricing structure includes a base payment for the sales part. Technical support receives an eight out of ten rating based on experience. I would be willing to serve as a reference for HubSpot Sales Hub.
Overall rating: 8/10.
My main use case for HubSpot Sales Hub is that it syncs very well with the way that we track our business via the HubSpot CRM, and it provides me workflows and solutions to manage my day-to-day activity and to make our go-to-market engine more scalable and repeatable.
A quick specific example of how I use HubSpot Sales Hub in my daily work is the meeting scheduler; for example, when we go to an event, we use the meeting scheduler pages to get meetings booked, to make sure reminders are sent, and that nothing really slips through the cracks with these in-person events that we attend.
The best features HubSpot Sales Hub offers include the integration with the CRM and the marketing automation, which is huge; the ability to see and track who is engaging with your content, your emails, prioritizing who to follow up with based on a lot of data that is ingested via intent signals and automation is significant. It has been huge, and I think we are seeing regular releases and updates to HubSpot platform that just show that the innovation is not slowing down anytime soon.
I find myself relying the most on the tracking of leads and opportunities via tasks and automated task creation, which is very helpful; there is so much activity that is going on on a day-to-day basis that it is impossible to keep in your memory everyone that you are engaged with and need to follow up with. The automation and integration and everything that comes with HubSpot just acts as your assistant in your day-to-day activity, making sure that no tasks are forgotten or slip, and having all of that view in the same place that is also your source of truth in terms of tracking your go-to-market organization with the CRM is very valuable.
A specific outcome showing how HubSpot Sales Hub has helped us is a combination of efficiency and the amount of time it has saved us with handling and managing tasks. Just to surface everything in one clean interface and that sales portal, that sales hub on a day-to-day basis reminding you of key tasks and activity for that day and things that are overdue has been huge. I also think it has significantly helped us build our pipeline in a way that sets the foundation for us to have something that is going to really scale and give us the data we need to best manage our business.
I look forward to seeing a lot of the innovation in the space regarding Agentic AI and the ability to have AI agents working on your behalf via HubSpot to do some prospecting for and to fill the top of the funnel. I am also excited about the data enrichment capabilities that come with HubSpot. Over the years, there have been many different tools that we had to use in this space, especially for outbound sales, and HubSpot seems to be in the lead right now in terms of consolidating a lot of those point solutions into one core platform, which Sales Hub is a part of, and the CRM and marketing pro are also core to driving our business and go-to-market engine.
I think there is a lot that is out there from an Agentic AI standpoint right now, and I see the ability for the platform to leverage AI to work alongside you, similar to the way that Claude co-work works today. I imagine there is something similar coming that is tailored to HubSpot. Continuing to focus on that integration with co-work agents and the way that modern professionals are utilizing these agentic services will be very key to see how HubSpot continues to track in that direction.
From a reporting standpoint, I believe having more out-of-the-box reports for what is needed for board metrics and tracking early-stage businesses would be really helpful; the ability to provide that and those reports in a more templated way would ensure that you do not have to build so much of it yourself.
I have been using HubSpot Sales Hub for a little over a year and a half at this point.
HubSpot Sales Hub is stable.
HubSpot Sales Hub scalability is good so far; there have not been any complaints regarding scalability.
Customer support has been good.
I did not really use a different solution previously; we had just tracked things in Google Spreadsheets, and we did not have a CRM before HubSpot.
My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing was a bit confusing, to be honest; I think HubSpot has gone through a lot of recent change around the packaging and the way that it is sold in terms of the different modules, which made it a little complex and difficult to fully understand all the changes. However, once we understood it, it all made sense, and we managed to get a really great discount for the first year because we had recently raised a round of Series A funding, qualifying us as an early-stage startup that received a pretty significant discount in year one.
HubSpot Sales Hub is the backbone of our go-to-market build, and from a day-to-day perspective, it is our source of truth and our system of record for all things sales and marketing and customer success at this point.
I do not have much else to add about the features; I think more and more is going to continue to come, especially around the data piece and HubSpot's ability to truly be a platform that checks off most of the use cases that a modern go-to-market organization needs to run their engine and business. I hope that the innovation continues because it has been impressive to see over the last six months to a year, and I am confident that I will be a long-time customer at my current organization and any future organizations that I work at in the future.
I would urge others looking into using HubSpot Sales Hub to think about how it will help their business long-term and how it will consolidate and set the foundation for many of the use cases that they need tools for. With HubSpot, you will be able to get in one centralized platform instead of having to jump between so many different tools for your go-to-market organization. I would rate this product a nine out of ten.
We use it for our sales process. We insert the prospect to customer prospect and take them along the customer journey, use it to map every step of this journey and the sales process.
We also use it for reporting, communication with existing customers and prospects. It's very fine, but our business is too small. We deal with around 250 customers, including prospects, so it's not too much.
The automation features positively impacted our workflow. Today, we use automation only for marketing. We send prospects a monthly notification, email, or message to advertise our products or invite them to presentations. So, we use automation only for prospects.
The capacity to map the customer journey is most useful to us. We have a list of customers, and we prospect them as they advance in their journey, gaining more business referrals or improving their engagement, with the goal of closing an agreement with us.
The ability to map this journey helps us identify gaps and improve, including mapping better customer profiles we are able to attend or not. It's a lot.
One challenge for us is getting our team engaged in HubSpot. Some of them are not familiar with CRMs, so we spend time training them on HubSpot's features. I'm not sure if it could be improved, as it may be our fault, not HubSpot's, but we do spend some energy training people on HubSpot's features.
HubSpot could provide training or more training. Today, we train our team ourselves using HubSpot material available on the Internet, but we do not use official HubSpot training programs.
I have been using it for six months. I still use HubSpot. I am the owner of a very small start-up company.
The customer service and support are very good because every time I need something, they reply immediately even in the free version.
I have no comments about the quality of customer service. I'm very satisfied.
Positive
We only have HubSpot, and we want to keep it.
I worked with Salesforce once in a large company. Maybe for large companies it makes sense because they see it as a very robust solution. I've never seen HubSpot in a large company. For our size, it's more than enough, but for more than five thousand users.
I worked at a large telecommunications company where more than 5,000 people used Salesforce. I've never seen HubSpot in such an environment, so I have no idea how it behaves in that context.
For me, it was easy to set up, but I was familiar with CRMs already. For people who are not familiar, it might be a bit more difficult. I did everything in a few hours, so it wasn't complicated for me.
We don't have integrations yet because we are a small company and don't have the need to use APIs to integrate HubSpot with other tools.
Efficiency is our main concern. We don't have to match the costs today because the operation is too small. But efficiency helps us a lot because we can clearly identify where we are with each customer.
We have a clear view and are able to identify customer profiles and quickly understand which kinds of customers are not good for us and which we are more successful with.
Compared to Salesforce, it's totally okay, so I prefer HubSpot's features. Especially for our size, HubSpot is more than enough, and the prices are much better.
Currently, we use the free version because we don't have enough business to justify the investment. But we are satisfied so far.
Our hope is that we grow and can pay for the better features in the short future. Today, we use the free version because our company is still too small.
Overall, I would rate the solution a nine out of ten. I wouldn't give it ten because I'm struggling a little bit to train my new employees on HubSpot, and it takes some energy. Otherwise, everything is fine.
I'm very satisfied and would be able to give a recommendation to others.

We use the solution to manage our prospecting and identify the entire sales lifecycle for a prospect.
The solution has improved our workflow by providing a centralized solution. It is a one-stop solution that allows us to analyze the sales pipeline and plan activities for specific customers, giving us insights into our approach to prospects. The key improvements include the ability to cross-sell capabilities and identify conversion influencing factors, which we can use to convert customers.
The most valuable features in this solution are the activity tracking for a particular prospect, deal sizing, deal valuation, the entire ecosystem of the deal, and the contact person associated with the deal.
The tool is quite user-friendly. When we started using it, it was quite clear how to use it. It is a very user-friendly platform, so adopting it had no significant issues.
One valuable feature is that it automatically integrates into HubSpot when you write an email to a prospect and include a specific email ID. This gives clear insights into ongoing communications, eliminating information hiding. This feature helps in understanding the entire historical aspect of a prospect, even if the person originally handling it is unavailable.
The tool should add a prospect success feature. Some intelligence should be drawn from our activities and the data we're feeding to recommend the next action. Some AI enablement will help us take the next step for a particular prospect or recommend solutions to help with prospect conversion from an out-of-the-box perspective.
I have been using the product for two years.
The tool is quite stable. I rate it an eight point five out of
I rate HubSpot Sales Hub's scalability an eight out of ten. My company has 15 users who use it daily.
The solution's support is quite responsive. Whenever we raise tickets or report issues, there is a quick response regarding managing and resolving them. We haven't had any issues on that front.
Positive
Our previous solution didn't provide a holistic viewpoint of Sales CRM, so we moved to HubSpot Sales Hub. The licensing fees also influenced our decision.
A HubSpot integrator helped us with the deployment.
The tool's licensing offers value.
The solution is good for CRM purposes. HubSpot Sales Hub is quite innovative and provides many data insights on managing prospecting, contacts, activities, etc. I rate it an eight out of ten.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for lead management and tracking. All customer interactions, such as phone calls or emails, are registered as evidence. I also import databases from other systems and integrate them with the solution, either manually, through APIs, or using other tools. I manage the entire sales lifecycle from the initial contact stage to lead conversion, opportunity management, and closing deals within HubSpot Sales Hub.
The tool has improved my sales pipeline management. It allows me to track the progress of each sales cycle and receive alerts when a sales stage is ending, prompting me to take necessary actions. I can easily manage customer interactions, primarily through email, which are automatically associated with the corresponding lead or opportunity. This helps me forecast sales. Additionally, the tool offers other useful tools for marketing and email marketing activities.
The most effective feature for email tracking is the integration that immediately captures customer replies and associates them with the customer's history. This allows easy access to all interactions via email without needing to search through emails. Additionally, integrating email signatures and managing multiple email accounts makes tracking and managing emails very convenient. The tool offers an easy overview of opportunities.
The solution's reporting feature is easy to configure and manage. The value includes better lead and opportunity management, improved forecasting, increased visibility, and time-saving benefits.
There is always room for improvement; I expect more integrations with different tools. I also appreciate the mobile app's user-friendliness. However, I think there could be improvements in database cleaning and customization options for information presentation on the screen. Overall, as a final user, I am very happy with HubSpot Sales Hub.
I have been using the product since 2012.
The solution is stable.
The solution is scalable, but additional modules and features may require payment. Additionally, with the right technicians, custom developments can be made. One important aspect is that HubSpot Sales Hub is more than just a CRM. It offers a knowledge base with articles, case studies and email templates provided by the HubSpot team, which are very helpful in daily activities and customer interactions.
In my company, I'm the only one who's really into HubSpot Sales Hub. I'm an evangelist for CRM usage, but unfortunately, the rest of the team doesn't seem to care much about it. My company has three users.
The online technical support area, where you have FAQs, a knowledge base, and even the community, provides all the support I need. Plus, the solution is so easy to use that I haven't encountered any major issues.
The tool's setup process is straightforward. It's also quite simple and easy to remember when importing data or making adjustments to fields and records. It has a wizard. You need to define what you want and push a button, so there aren't too many steps involved.
The tool's licensing depends on factors like the number of contacts, users, and additional modules. But generally, it's feasible and accessible. A free license is also available, although it comes with limited features. Even the free license is cool to use.
The cost varies depending on your needs and goals, with options for yearly or monthly licenses. While paying yearly may offer discounts, overall, the solution is accessible in terms of cost.
I rate the overall solution a nine out of ten. I have integrated it with a few email tools, but I think it could connect with even more tools. For example, it works with Gmail and Zapier. There are HubSpot forms that can be put up on websites. It is more than a CRM tool; it can also be used for email marketing.
I recommend giving it a try, especially the basic features. It's really user-friendly and covers all the essentials that any company needs.

The tool's features are similar to a CRM. One valuable feature is email workflow management, which provides transparency. I can review the communication thread between the customer and our team. It also allows me to analyze demo and call recordings to gain insights into customer conversations.
We use the tool for email automation and responses. It helps with sales nurturing, and we have integrated it with Factors.ai. The biggest pro is its intuitive and easy-to-use interface. I can easily access the information I need. Another strong point is the customer education they provide. There are numerous resources available to help understand how to use it. HubSpot Sales Hub does a great job with automation and structuring sales processes.
The tool doesn't effectively summarize conversations and note-taking features. The solution needs to include predictive analytic capabilities. There is room for improvement in post-call functionalities. After a sales call, more can be done, such as providing detailed insights and better note-taking capabilities. An AI-enabled sales assistant feature would also be beneficial.
I have been using the product for a year.
HubSpot Sales Hub is stable.
The tool offers a weekly support call, but other than that, there isn't much maintenance needed. Sometimes, there are issues when the server goes down, or there's downtime, but overall, it's easy to use since it's mostly cloud-based. It's not on our server, so it's easier to manage.
HubSpot Sales Hub is a cloud-based platform and its deployment is easy.
The solution is more on the cheaper side, but not the cheapest. I'd say it's somewhere in the middle. There are cheaper options like Zoho that provide many features at a lower price, but they're not as expensive as Salesforce or SAP.
I rate the overall solution an eight out of ten.

We use HubSpot Sales Hub for monitoring and forecasting purposes.
The product can record the meetings and set reminders. I can refer to the notes while communicating with the customers. Additionally, it provides efficient business forecasts.
We have been using HubSpot Sales Hub for about a year and a half.
The platform is quite stable.
We have 15 to 20 HubSpot Sales Hub users in our organization.
I have worked with many products similar to HubSpot Sales Hub before.
The initial setup process is not very complicated. It is easy to use if you utilize only a few features.
The product can be implemented in-house for large organizations.
We have to pay for licenses. They are not expensive.
The platform helps us manage the pipeline cycle, efficiently manage prospects, and facilitate a smooth transition through the sales cycle. It provides a valuable collaboration space for our sales team. The email tracking features allow us to make notes during meetings.
I rate it an eight out of ten.

We use the solution mostly for marketing and lead generation purposes. Data, such as how many people we reached out to, is stored in this solution, and we try to manage the data and the lead using this solution. We use the data accordingly to create a target or prospects list.
For example, managing different leads regarding marketing and sales is done on HubSpot Sales Hub. Thus we completely rely on this tool for lead management. Without this solution, it will be difficult to maintain data on Excel and similar things. This solution also helps our organization to track emails and schedule Zoom meetings.
The solution is very easy for business people and our experience with the product has been good.
The most valuable feature of the solution is the tracking of customer interaction and client introduction. This solution allows us to assign different labels to each prospective lead and we can track their progress at which stage the leads are kept.
It's a usable platform, but I think the solution should have more integration options, and the integrations can be smoother.
I have been using this solution for six months.
I would rate the stability a six out of ten.
I would rate the scalability a seven out of ten. Three sales team members in our organization are using this solution. As leads arrive specific to this on different time frames, then the frequency of usage for this solution increases for us.
Technical support of the solution is good. Whenever there is a problem we send an email. For starters, they provide chat support, and it is sufficient for us. I would rate technical support a nine out of ten.
Positive
I would rate the initial setup a six out of ten. But as someone gets used to the solution, the setup becomes easier. The initial setup is a bit difficult as there are too many options, among which you need to choose the right ones to setup the solution.
There are multiple ways of doing the same thing, but a user has to find the right way as per the custom need. Only one infrastructure professional from our organization takes care of the maintenance, as our requirement is small.
We took the help of a third party to deploy the solution.
We have absolutely seen good ROI from the solution. Users can easily search for a lead name, check who was assigned, know the progress and stage where the leads stand, and track it down. These features make a lot of sense from the business perspective and they can be a value addition for everyone. I would rate the ROI a ten out of ten, it's worth the investment.
The solution is very affordable from the perspective of the features. I would rate the pricing a two out of ten, where one means very cheap. The price of the solution is fixed and there are no additional costs.
We did evaluate other options, but the pricing of this solution was more suitable than those of the competitors.
If some users have more leads coming in and they are finding it difficult to manage on Excel and through other traditional ways of managing the leads, additionally if they are also finding it difficult to track the individual customer journey, then they should move to HubSpot Sales Hub. When an organization or user is in the growth phase, this is the ideal solution. I would rate the product a nine out of ten.
It's mainly for the pipeline and to track the deals in the sales teams.
You can create the workflows and also the different dashboards that you can create.
I find it really convenient to generate a lot of reports plus the different views to present the deals.
That is also more like a summary snapshot that we get, which is really good. The moment I selected the loaner, it gave a snapshot of it, which is also very good. I've also tried using Oracle, which doesn't have this as a feature.
There is room for improvement in the dashboard. If we can actually connect it to maybe a Power BI or some dynamic reporting tool where we can actually slice and dice, that would be really great.
Because I feel there are some areas of improvement in terms of generating the reports, especially for our specific needs.
I have been using this solution for two years.
It is a stable product.
It is a scalable solution. There are around 40 end users using this solution in our organization.
We do have support, but our request would be predominantly to make some fields mandatory when we are transitioning these days, or to consider some sort of a report, etcetera. That's a custom report to generate some custom reports, etcetera.
We worked with Oracle. Hubspot is more user-friendly. So that's one reason we opted for this solution.
The initial setup was good. Even onboarding was relatively easier.
There is a support team that manages the tool for us, so we have created an instance.
The pricing is competitive.
I would definitely recommend it because it's really easy to onboard. Also, the setup is quite simple, so I would recommend it.
Overall, I would rate the solution a nine out of ten. it's really user-friendly, and the kind of view that it gives at least for the sale pipeline tracking, it's really good. And, the one point I deducted is because of the reporting feature. It could be better.
