Good management and pricing but not great for enterprise environments
In a high-density location, we're running into connectivity drops. There may be too many rouge devices broadcasting, and the devices is getting interference from another channel. The only to fix this is to reboot and we need something that reboots on the fly. We also need better security for VLANs and VPNs. There are issues with certain Apple devices. Technical support is not very helpful. The initial setup, which seemed straightforward at first, had to be redone. This may not have been the fault of the product. We're not sure what went wrong.

Automation expertise grows and enhances global collaboration
The most valuable aspect is the ability to integrate with over 20,000 applications, which is a superior feature compared to Make.com that has limited applications access. I use multi-step automation workflows in my tasks, which increases productivity and efficiency. The features such as if-else conditions allow for different branches in automation, making the automation more productive. I utilized conditional logic, text parsing, and formatting. My experience with these advanced features has been excellent. For instance, I once pushed data from Zapier to GoHighLevel while checking the date, and based on that date, I created automation in GoHighLevel that involved various branches, effectively creating a loop. Remote access to Zapier's automated workflows and cloud integration is beneficial. I use cloud services such as Google Drive and Dropbox within Zapier. The remote capabilities are advantageous, allowing us to provide services from Pakistan for businesses based in the USA, reducing company expenses when hiring employees from the USA. The ability to work remotely globally through Zapier is a significant opportunity.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The controller makes it easy to control everything from one platform. The management is easy."
"It's easy to manage and supports the user, our guests, and our customers if they have a problem."
"Zapier has automated so many of our back-end systems, saving us hours each day in reconciliation and data flow."
"Zapier's interface, for me, is the solution's greatest value proposition. It is designed and developed for people who don't have a clue about what they're trying to do. It has a very user-friendly interface."
"The initial setup is pretty easy to do."
"The solution is time efficient and has saved considerable development effort."
"The most valuable aspect of this solution is that it is very intuitive and has a very flat learning curve."
"Zapier, combined with MailParser, is an essential element of our back-end operations."
"Zapier handles everything under the sun that you would think you need in automation. It is the most mature integration platform and service on the market."
"I think it’s brilliant because the webhook feature allows you to basically send information from any application and connect to all the most common applications on the market."

Cons

"There are issues with certain Apple devices."
"It's stable, but it depends on the office and location."
"It could support various languages along with Python."
"In our case, very limited actions and limited objects are supported."
"Some recent changes to the solution have made it bulky and not as intuitive to use as it previously was."
"In terms of scalability, we have found that we need to create multiple redundant Zaps in order to compensate for logic."
"What I miss the most is the ability to share my Zaps with my teammates."
"System-to-system is fine, but when it comes to system-to-user, where Zapier is helping to communicate to a user, that's a one-way communication. If that user has to perform some action on that notification, the action isn't handled by Zapier. So there's no way to orchestrate that and it's very cumbersome."
"So, if I use Zapier and I end up having to code, it loses its sense in my opinion."
"My biggest concern with Zapier would be their pricing strategy."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"There is no license. The solution is free."
"Per task, there is a monthly plan involving 15 euros...Also, in different forms, they just give you the ability to use different features. They charge 18.58 euros for the first standard plan, which includes 750 tasks. So, it is about 25 cents per task."
"Zapier's price is good."
"Zapier is a paid service. Its license renews monthly, and Zapier will downgrade your subscription to the free version when your credit card doesn't have funds. That significantly impacts your service because everything halts completely. Zapier doesn't have any hidden costs."
"It's very straightforward licensing. There's only one cost you have to pay, and if you want a relevant pricing plan, I think you have two or three different models or packages which include the number of notifications or Zaps, as they call it, that you can program."
"The least expensive plan is $24 a month, and you can go all the way to $800 a month if you're a huge company using many tasks."
"The price of Zapier is approximately $75 monthly."
"It's very affordable."
"Think your Zaps through to make sure you don't use more Zaps than you need."
