Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The most valuable feature for me is the collaboration point of view, where everybody has a single view, or source of truth, and everybody sees the same thing. Everyone can comment, contribute, and discuss the processes itself, which makes it easier to funnel down the most value adding comments and make the relevant changes to the processes. This leads to the next best iteration or version of your process.""The fact that the repository is available on the web is the most valuable feature. It's a very simple tool. If you can use something simple and visual, you should be able to use the model as well in Signavio. It has the ability, for example, to track versioning control, so if you make updates to the processes, you have the ability to track the versions as well.""A complete business project management suite which seems to open endless possibility.""The Signavio tool is very easy to use and it is one of the reasons why I like it.""Process Manager supports end-to-end transformation. Students can better understand end-to-end activity and processes as well as how they are run. For teaching, it's process discovery, then modeling, and finally optimization and simulation, partly. Typically, we showcase some simulation of the processes, and this is where we finish. That is why we validate that it's properly designed, but also what are the outcomes of modeled processes. There are also options for discussion on process optimization.""The solution is user-friendly.""The reason we chose Signavio is it's a very robust industrial-grade business process modeling data tool, with data capture behind it, as well as a collaborative nature. A lot of it comes out of the box and requires less technology involvement. It can be run well by the business users. That's what we really like about it.""The most valuable feature is that you can customize it completely with all of the attributes that you need."

"The most valuable features are performance, built-in variety of multiple task automation, and has international standards notations.""The most valuable features of the solution are its CRM functionality and the fact that it is a no-code solution""The most valuable feature of this solution is its simplicity.""It enables automating tasks and provides self-service options, ultimately improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.""The business process management is definitely the most valuable feature. What Creatio ended up doing with their software solution is giving you the power, in your own hands, in a way that is incredibly intuitive and well-structured.""The most valuable feature of the solution is that it is a low-code and no-code platform.""The pre-configured CRM functionalities regarding the accounts management and contact activities is very good. It's easy to develop workflows.""The low-code tools and business process management that Creatio provides are useful for our internal processes. It is also very easy to use."

Cons
"For us, it would help a lot if this solution had floating licenses.""I would like to see the inclusion of some document management functionality so that we don't need to integrate with a second solution to accommodate this.""The workflow automation of the solution is an area of concern where improvements are required.""I think the biggest selling point that Signavio talks about is its collaborative aspect. However, there's still a lot more improvement in terms of what they can do, how they receive comments, address comments, whether they actually provide feedback, etc. There is still a little bit more improvement to be made on those areas.""Being able to integrate the Workflow Accelerator with more products would be good.""Signavio Process Manager needs to have an integrated document management system to better work with processes that rely heavily on documents and document flows.""Technical support has been somewhat challenging; there hasn't been much visibility on how to create a ticket or integrate with SAP.""There is always room for improvement is the capability of integration with other solutions."

"HRM is an area where Studio Creatio lacks and needs to improve.""They can improve the business rules for defining the type and quantity of the business load. They already seem to be working on this improvement. Integration with the social networks will be very appreciated by the companies. It will be very useful for communication between the company and customers, that is, B to C relationships. Most of the customers or users have smartphones, and they use a lot of social networks. Companies need to stay connected with the customers. They have enabled integration with WhatsApp and Telegram in recent releases, which has been very useful.""The solution does not allow extensive customization of the UI. I would like to have much more control over the UI when I build a process. Currently on the UI where the fields are placed and the layout is set in place and you cannot change it. Your experience is going to be the same throughout whatever use case that you are building from customer to customer. You can not have much control over how it looks for each customer. This is an area where they can improve on.""Creatio needs to stabilize their marketplace.""I can have several types of contacts, customers, employees, partners, and so on, and I would like to have a different view for each type of contact in the list view. Currently, there is no way to configure this. This is something I would like Creatio to improve. In this time of COVID, it is very important that all such solutions improve omnichannel communications and omnichannel marketing. Companies need to communicate with customers by using not just the phone number and email but also by using social networks. All companies today need artificial intelligence, machine learning, the internet of things, and social communication.""The way bpm's infrastructure works, you can only have one data source on a page. It has to be connected to the object and you're pretty much locked in at that point... If you want to connect anything other than what exists in that object to that object, you're going to have to create a completely new home for it in that object.""Studio Creatio is a new product in the market, making its lack of maturity an area of concern.""The mobile version of the solution could be improved. It's hard to customize it."
