The experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing was that licenses were very limited. To request another license would cost the organization extra. I thought it would have been probably made based on the vendor that you are customizing. The licensing should consider the price as well. To be honest, it was fair based on other platforms.

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing is good; my own organization has very preferred pricing with Creatio, so my experience is a lot different than the typical buyer.

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing for Studio Creatio is that it is average around the world. Compared to the competition, Studio Creatio is still in the average line because the pricing that others offer is quite high, but Studio Creatio is average. It is not suitable for small companies; it is designed for large companies.

I would describe Studio Creatio as an averagely-priced product. I rate the product price a five or six on a scale of one to ten, where one is cheap, and ten is expensive.
The new pricing model introduced this year appears to be an improvement over the old one, even though there isn't a specific use case available for comparison at the moment. The new model seems flexible, especially for projects involving no-code or low-code solutions. It is fairly competitive.
Pricing depends on what you are comparing the solution to. If you compare it with ECM solutions like OpenText or IBM, Studio Creatio is inexpensive. If you compare it with solutions like Mendix, which is also low-code, it is also less expensive. However, their pricing plans are not user-friendly because in many cases you have to buy different options to get additional features. The price is approximately $15 per month per user.

This product is a bargain.
There is a license required for this solution.
We discussed pricing very early on. We ended on a very reasonable note. It benefited us, it benefited them and, overall, we were both happy.
