Web scraping is quite good since it offers a lot of possibilities. Another important feature for me is its compatibility with MBI, the Power that is ISEQUADO Centers. I appreciate the ability to scale and increase the number of bots or studios without additional expense. Automate's non-reliance on additional orchestrators makes it quite cost-effective.

1. Enhanced Cross-Platform Support Currently optimized for Windows-based applications. Needs better support for web, cloud-native, and non-Windows environments (e.g., Linux, macOS). 2. Simplified Development Experience Pega Robot Studio has a steep learning curve, especially for non-developers. Could benefit from a more intuitive, drag-and-drop interface and prebuilt automation templates. 3. Stronger AI/ML Integration Bots rely heavily on rule-based logic. Native integration with AI/ML models (e.g., for document understanding, sentiment analysis) could make bots smarter and more adaptive. 4. Improved Debugging & Testing Tools Debugging complex automations can be time-consuming. Needs better simulation, logging, and error tracing tools for faster troubleshooting. 5. It lightens the workload while giving our clients greater visibility into what's being done and how

I've used Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, and Pega Robotics, formerly OpenSpan. I still have ongoing projects with those, which tend to be client-driven. Verint probably works better for us because it originated in the call center world. Pega Robotics is probably the only one that can match Verint in that segment. Verint is better for call center employees or back-office workers. Depending on the use case, we could have used Automation Anywhere or UiPath. Those other solutions focus on replacing workers and automating all their tasks. Verint aims to make the workers more efficient and allow management to see what the worker is doing. You can have an equally significant impact with either approach, but I prefer the human-centered approach.
