Seamless presentation and collaboration enhance organizational productivity
There are three main areas for improvement: Firstly, AI capabilities should be integrated into Microsoft Teams to provide better transcript services and offer multiple language support. Secondly, it should allow participants to remain visible during presentations, enhancing interaction. Lastly, it needs broader integration capabilities with other products, like Salesforce ( /vendors/salesforce ), which is currently limited.

Is excellent for video conferencing, with a very high usage rate
There are a few technical aspects that might need assistance, such as enabling Vidyo inside a web browser as opposed to using it via an SDK in an app. Occasionally, issues can arise when using video conferencing in third-party applications. Feedback from developers could be beneficial for improving these areas.

"It is a stable solution."
"We like that you can get a lot of users on one call without the call actually failing or losing quality. Hosts can connect, if I recall correctly, up to 90,000 people. If you need a massive company-wide meeting, you can do it."
"The integration, ability to share documents is very good."
"One big advantage of this solution over competitors is it is bundled with Office 365. This makes it more convenient."
"The collaborating feature."

Cons

"The user interface is non-intuitive and should be improved."
"The security needs improvement, as well as the ability to back up private chats."
"To Do tasks’ ease of use should be improved."
"I would like to get more frequent updates, and the solution’s stability could be improved."
"One area where the product could be improved is its operational memory utilization."
"If I could completely eliminate Outlook and only use Teams, that would help me immensely. Productivity would increase drastically and many of our team members would be more efficient in our day-to-day, as we would be living primarily in a single tool."
"I look forward to AI-based features in future releases."
"In future releases, short voice messages would be useful."
"There are a few technical aspects that might need assistance, such as enabling Vidyo inside a web browser as opposed to using it via an SDK in an app."
