Empowers teams to build visualization-rich reports and make faster decisions using historical user behavior data
I think areas for Amplitude's improvement include data retention. The maximum data I have worked with, the clickstream data on Amplitude, is two years, whereas we rely on Tableau for historical data of at least two years. I am not sure whether it was my organization paying for lower retention or not, but having historical data would take away the reliance on Tableau. Secondly, reconciling clickstream data with Databricks or other AWS systems could help analysts spend less time verifying the accuracy of both sources, which would be really helpful. Lastly, a more focused approach on error logs is necessary. I have found that, at least with Intuit, we used Splunk more for error logs than Amplitude. Although Amplitude had the capability, developers seemed to prefer Splunk, so if that could be improved, it would be good.

Targeted prospecting has increased campaign success and accelerates pipeline growth
The best features ZoomInfo offers include prospect call numbers, account-based prospecting and insights, integration with other systems, prospect contact information, and positioning with each company. I love the advanced search option which allows us to narrow down search results. I find myself using all of the features the most because they are very helpful and robust as they provide detailed company information where we are able to look at that company and know what we will do after that. ZoomInfo provides prospect contact information and position with each company. It provides advanced search options which allow us to narrow down search results easily and make data-driven decisions easily. Tracking people movement is easy, and Account IQ on accounts most likely to engage is very good. ZoomInfo has positively impacted our organization since we started using this tool by streamlining potential contacts in our organization. It speeds making contact by providing accurate email and phone numbers. It fits into our sales pipeline by transferring data directly to Pipedrive. Since using ZoomInfo, we have seen an increase in our sales campaign by fifty percent. We also achieve better account booking targets. The intent-based approach gives us better conversion.

Cons

"Amplitude could be improved by being cheaper."
"Regarding how Amplitude can be improved, I think that dashboards and charts are ephemeral; people often create dashboards but rarely revisit them, so while a handful of dashboards might survive, the real value lies in the insight derived from them."
"We attempted to use their screen recording and session recording capabilities as a replacement for a previous vendor, and we found that the functionality they offered did not stack up to the previous vendor."
"I give it a nine because it is close to a perfect ten for me, but it is only useful in one layer of the project, not the other, which the tool is supposed to do."
"We have seen tagging issues with Amplitude in rare scenarios, which can be improved."
"Amplitude is almost perfect, but there are some charts I cannot create due to the large data structure."
"I choose nine because, lately, when I was using it, the more people wanted to improve, the more complex things got—not in a good way, but confusing."
"Setting up reports in Amplitude was challenging for me as a newer user."
"Most of the time the accuracy is definitely there, although there are instances where it was a company number rather than the actual person, and some information was outdated, such as when the person's name or information reflects someone who has already retired from the company, yet the system still listed that information."
"I think ZoomInfo can be improved because their number accuracy is still an issue."
"The implementation process must be improved."
"The team should look into enriching their database, especially for the European and Middle East region."
"The pricing is way too high."
"ZoomInfo could improve data accuracy."
"I think ZoomInfo can be improved by getting the accuracy closer to 99%, as I mentioned it's about 95% accurate, but we do run the information through a secondary source just to validate the bounces, so that would just be great for us and I wouldn't have to run the information through another tool."
"Most of the time the information is old."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Pricing is a little on the higher end, especially when considering scalability."
"The tool costs around 10-15 dollars a month. It is a bit expensive."
"The pricing is moderate."
