The pure modeling capabilities with drag-and-drop elements for business process diagrams are excellent. The ability to move smoothly from the process landscape to the business process model diagram is appreciated. The simulation model is user-friendly, and the analysis features offer correct insights quickly. It helps me explore and identify the best candidates for automation. I have not explored ways Bizagi can be improved beyond creating maps. If I explore automation and integration with other processes, then I may be able to identify potential areas for improvement. I would appreciate additional features for the free version. Currently, the elements in a process map are limited to activities, decisions, flows, and start/end points. The decision map could be improved to allow more than three options at a decision point.
