The main use of Microsoft Exchange Online is for corporate emails.

I belong to the organization called Sami Pharmaceuticals Private Limited and I am the IT manager. We use Microsoft Exchange Online for collaboration, including Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI.

There are many things to consider about email management in Microsoft Exchange Online. The online management is good, the storage is sufficient, and we use most of the features such as the custom rules in Microsoft Exchange Online, which we cannot find in any other email solution. That is a very good option, as we have many options to create custom rules in Microsoft Exchange Online.

Regarding security features in Microsoft Exchange Online, we also use Defender for Exchange which includes the basic Exchange Online protection that has spam and threat controls. The use of Defender is beneficial for our security.

The flexibility of choosing plans in Microsoft Exchange Online is good. We have chosen the best plan for our use, including multiple licenses such as plan one and business basics, which leads us towards cost-effectiveness, and the pay-as-you-go option is more flexible.

Microsoft Exchange Online is very scalable.

Our enterprise system is based on Exchange. All of our system administration goes through the Exchange admin system. Most of our Outlook management and enterprise management of Microsoft Office tools goes through an Exchange Server.

I love the pinning within Outlook. I can pin things. Also, with the Exchange Server, there is a lot of capability for version controlling. There is some capability for more diverse access and meta tagging that is not available with the standalone application.

Microsoft Exchange Online serves as a unique platform for us. We use it to receive and send emails within our organization and to others. 

We use it in conjunction with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, leveraging the comprehensive capabilities of Microsoft 365.

The integration with other Microsoft products is a major reason we chose this solution. It offers a single account that links to all other Microsoft services.

For example, I don't need to create a separate email address to share something with you. I can access and retrieve information within the same platform via the same email. It just makes everything synchronized perfectly, allowing me to get most things done and ensure my clients can reach me easily.

Overall, the solution has improved our communication efficiency. 

The calendaring functions in Exchange are good. For example, if I want to schedule a meeting and the other person isn't available during that time, I can see their availability and diagnostics. This helps me know if they're busy or need time on their calendar. The calendar admin is awesome, not just on the desktop but also online.

I've integrated it with a network monitoring solution before. It's quite seamless. Overall, it's pretty straightforward for me to use.

In our organization, we use Microsoft Exchange Online to send and receive emails, schedule meetings and appointments, manage calendars, book rooms, and manage resources. It's an essential tool for us. We implemented Exchange Online to support our users by managing licenses and creating new mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, M365 groups, and security groups. It also helps us manage calendar permissions and other tasks.

In my organization, we initially used Microsoft Exchange Online just for sending emails, but now, with the integration of Microsoft Copilot, we've seen significant improvements. Copilot helps analyze emails and provide analytics, making it an essential feature for us. It's been a great addition, and our management finds it very valuable.

The use cases involve reporting the number of completed tasks and saving contact information.

A valuable feature of the solution is its global usability, particularly in facilitating actions within the sourcing department. It proves to be highly useful in this regard.

We primarily use it for email authentication, and I believe we've adopted nearly all the associated features and updates that have been implemented.

The most valuable feature as it encompasses all aspects of collaboration, communication, reporting, and storage.
