We use RUM and BSM and so far it has been really good at getting real user transactions from a real user monitor and then tying it to a BSM single view dashboard, where we get the whole realistic picture.
OpenText Real User Monitoring offers robust transaction monitoring for application performance management with efficient monitoring tools and a straightforward implementation process. It includes comprehensive reporting features for performance analysis. Despite effective technical support, limitations include an outdated technology base, no support for non-Windows environments, and compatibility issues with encrypted traffic. The lack of a product roadmap and an inadequate diagnostics perspective for troubleshooting root causes are also notable concerns for potential tech buyers.
