Transforming banking process documentation with effective collaboration tools

The free trial needs to have more options for end users, such as including Process Intelligence as a trial version. Although mentioned on the website, the governance feature is not available in the free trial. More guidance from support is also needed, as users can get lost on the website when looking for specific features.

Integrates well and helpful support

Ultimus Adaptive Business Process Management has good integration with all the other tools we have been using in our company. We use the data that other tools provide in our implementation. We have developed several processes here in the company, such as requests for change, request development, and buying processes. The tool allows you to modify the business rules without the need to modify the source code, the administrator can move the process one step to another without needing to be implemented in the logic of the automation, this can be done from the administration console Or with the integration EIK, there is a wide number of options for the administrator who gives you great flexibility in your administration.

In the context of Signavio, it offers a combination of BPMN and process discovery, a feature absent in Celonis. This tandem of BPMN and process insight contributes to Signavio’S potency. Right now, I don't know if I would set up a process as a dummy, since it very often gets mixed up with diagrams in production. There are many process diagrams linked to the production environment. I would like to have some kind of sandbox to work with. That would be very good. I don't even know if they already have it, but I would certainly like that."
