Find out in this report how the two BI (Business Intelligence) Tools solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, service and support, easy of deployment, and ROI."It's really an enterprise solution. It has a dashboard, like standard dashboarding functionality. It also has reporting capabilities for producing pixel-perfect reports, bursting large volumes of a document if you need to. It has interactive data discovery functionality, which you would use to explore your data, bring your own data, and merge it with maybe the data from an enterprise data warehouse to get new insights from the pre-existing data. It has machine learning embedded in the solution. If you're new to machine learning, it's a really good way to get into it, because it's all within this platform, and it's really easy to use."
"It plays a crucial role in facilitating decision-making for various organizational stakeholders."
"A valuable feature is the speed of the solution."
"The solution is user-friendly."
"This is a stable and scalable solution."
"Mobility is the most valuable feature for us. All employees can access it from anywhere. It is a big advantage for us."
"The technical support services are good."
"The features that I find to be the most valuable are the BAS (Business Analytics), the Narrate feature, and the auto-visualization."
"For report scheduling, I always prefer SAP because it has the most powerful scheduling features, like sending reports to more than 1,000 customers per day. That option is not as good in Microsoft BI and in Tableau it only exists as an add-on option."
"SAP Analytics Hub offers a user-friendly interface with effortless configuration, seamless updates, and real-time availability of information. It avoids the complexities associated with batch processing, providing a smooth and efficient experience."
"This product provides good reports using a single pane of glass."
"What I like best about this solution is that it is built into the SAP line, making it easier to integrate with other SAP products."
"Data consistency is also a notable feature; the system takes care of data consistency, so you don't need to handle it manually."
"When you implement the product on a small scale, it doesn't generate any ROI."
"It should simplify data connectivity and modeling, making data extraction more streamlined and adaptable for diverse use cases."
"The interfaces could be improved and some in-memory operations could be built in."
"Oracle Analytics Cloud is lacking in charts. They should add more charts to it."
"It is expensive."
"The learning curve should be improved, and I'm uncertain if tutorials are readily available or easily accessible. We may have resorted to looking on YouTube for such information. Having easily understandable documents or guides for new users would be beneficial. AI integration would be an interesting feature to add in the next release."
"The product should be improved in terms of connectors; right now the top twenty connectors are available, but OneDrive and Teradata are missing."
"The price of the solution could be lower."
"The technical support for Analytics Hub is limited and could be improved."
"Faster implementation of new functions for the new product is an area of improvement in SAP Analytics Hub."
"The interface can be simplified because it is not a user-friendly experience."
"Pricing and support are integrated into the system. However, the support process can be challenging, particularly when navigating the SAP support site, which lacks user-friendliness and ease of access."
"The analytics part of SAP has not been that good up until now. They're still in the infant stage and development is still going on. SAP has some cloud analytics and they're trying to configure it in Lumira, but it's not that good at this point."
